He avoided questioning on his weight calculations from pennyweight to gram and only pay's about 55% of melt value.not a good place to sell.
Trust the positive reviews. They have very fair pricing and good customer service. They just resized a ring for me. When we determined together that I still need to go up a size, they stated that they would not charge to size it the second time. I would have happily paid since we couldn't have known this particular ring still wouldn't fit well. Will definitely be returning for purchases and repairs.
Stuart is a wonderful jeweler! He bends over backward to make his customers happy. He has designed jewelry for my friends and me. We have been thrilled with the results! He is skilled and very trustworthy!
