Edit: been attending here for almost 4 years now. I was able to stop physical therapy for my spinal fractures. I've hit a healthy weight for the first time in my life and I've never felt more confident.

I loved the chair dance class with Lindsey! It was so much fun! I came with couple of friends and they all enjoyed it! Will definitely be back:)

This place deserves five stars as they are top notch quality, through and through.
I went for the one-night intro to pole dancing class and was thrilled! Chrissy was fun and hilarious - and better yet safety conscious! I'm a 20 year martial artist: it resonates deeply with me that she took the time to give us all the basic techniques for safety and never "let us loose" without going through the motions with us and monitoring our technique.
As a dude, I felt safe, respected, and welcome: some may not expect dudes at pole dancing, but I had a fantastic time!
Also, they were so thorough with their policies and welcome info- I received two pre session calls, texts, and emails. They are doing their due diligence to ensure those who attend are welcome and safe and committed. Really smooth small business.

FIRST I WANT TO THANK OUR INSTRUCTOR CHRISSY. SHE MADE OUR EXPERIENCE AMAZING. SHE IS VERY SWEET AN MADE US FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE. I HAD MY BIRTHDAY PARTY WITH 15 PEOPLE AND EVERYONE WANTS TO GO BACK. I WILL RECOMMEND IT 100% YOU WON'T REGRET IT!
