We are very happy with our 12x14 pool deck Stump's designed and built for us. They were so professional and thorough from the start with Aaron in sales to Eric the project coordinator to the whole crew who came and completed the project in the cold in December. Everyone kept in touch with us throughout the whole project, designing, pricing, permits, scheduling. The work crew kept us informed about their progress, were thorough, neat and very polite. Everyone along the way answered any questions or concerns we had without delay making it easy to work with them.

These guys are the real deal for decks. Procured materials on time despite supply chain challenges and came onsite with all required materials up front. Removed the existing deck (10 ft off the ground) and stairs in less than a day without any fuss. New decking and railing in place in short order. Handled all required paperwork with the township without my intervention. Professional and efficient. Love the results.

Stump's Decks & Porches recently replaced our old deck with a composite deck and we have been very pleased with the results. Stump's worked with our contractor, coordinating timing for the deck replacement with the siding replacement on our home. We would highly recommend Stump's Decks.

It’s refreshing to see a company these days who truly values customer service. I’ve completed other large home improvement projects in the past, but this was far and away the best experience yet. Stumps was extremely responsive throughout all stages of the deck build. They were fairly spot on to the estimated projected start date, which they had provided months in advance.

After Aaron and I agreed on plans/terms, they had 2 separate teams, one for demo/prep and one for the buildout of the new deck. The former included tearing down a monstrous old, heavily fastened deck along with a couple other wooden structures around my property, and then grading a large area of my property for the new deck. That team came back again after the new deck was installed to finish the final grading and seeding of my property in the areas that were roughed up. Mark led this team and he was absolutely great. Not only did it always feel like he was going above and beyond, but you could tell he’s an honest man who takes pride it what he does.

Luke was the foreman who led the team that built out my new deck (and a separate platform up to a side entry door). He was timely every day and helped resolve any issues we ran into with viable solutions. I also asked for a few add-ons during the project, and Luke didn’t get upset at me for wanting changes (as I’ve experienced with some other contractors previously). He was very professional, friendly and outgoing, and another really genuine person that Stumps hired.

All told, the project took a bit over a week, with several call-backs once materials came in due to some supply chain issues. The finished product looks great, and I would absolutely recommend anyone else give them a call if you’re in the market for a new deck.

Although we had our deck installed almost 4 months ago, I waited till now because we have finally started to enjoy it. Everything about the experience with Stump's was professional and we couldn't be happier with the final product.

A+ in every respect! We contacted Stump's in early April re removal of existing deck and constructing a replacement deck, had a proposal within 10 days with colored drawings and a June start date, and the deck was completed yesterday July 1 to our absolute delight. The construction team of Kevin, Ben and Colson was super. Can't say enough about this company, its employees and its business plan.

Stump’s Decks and Porches built a screened-in porch for us in spring 2021. The results were stunning. They used a product for the roof which was guaranteed to be watertight. When we had some minor issues with water months later, we contacted Stump’s. They asked for pictures to help their diagnosis, then sent a repair tech out within a few days to take care of the problem. He fixed everything and the deck ceiling is now watertight.
From start to finish, the folks at Stump’s (both in the office and the building crew) were professional and responsive. They really stand behind their work. Highly recommend!
