Stumpy's Hatchet House - Lancaster

I was invited here for a birthday party, and it was a really awesome experience. The people were very friendly, and impressively good at teaching.

They exceeded my expectations. I had my birthday party here and it was amazing. We get there and when we were signing in they took all our food and drink an set it up for us! They had tons of comfortable seating for us and games to play when others in our group were throwing!

If you think that you couldn't throw a hatchet, you can and the staff will help. Staff is very good about teaching you the technique, and then adjusting distance to get results. It was very fun, and quite a workout. Very nice that you can bring in or order in food/ drinks. Really fun, give it a try.

This place has got an awesome vibe with great music and a great staff. The coaches were exceptional and always ready to step in to help. Even got a chance to hang with the owners! Truly a cool night!

Had a bar crawl with 10 guys on Saturday night. Joe, Tracy and Corey made sure we had a great time and we did. Thanks again.

Fantastic group of people, so much fun, the owner and his brother are involved with everyone, give pointers and tips to throw better and tou know they are invested in their customers! I love this place, it is more fun than any of my words could hope to Express! Go do it and see!

So, you have to bring your own beverages and food with you (or you can order it in from somewhere else) but the axe throwing space is comfortable, and the staff are actually pretty good at helping you improve your axe throwing.

Bob and his team are fantastic. They are absolutely focused on making sure you have a safe, great experience. We have taken two different suppliers here for a fun evening and both organizations loved it. PennAir appreciates the kickaxe customer service!

We had an awesome night! We had a company get together here tonight and have found a new hobby! We had never thrown hatchets before, so the staff took one on one time with each of us to help us learn and quickly figure out what method was best for us. We both ended up being halfway decent at it. The atmosphere is really nice. They have a few tables with chairs and some couches to chill on while watching others throw. While they only have some snacks, they have lots of local places nearby that deliver. And it's byob. The owners are really nice. They also have some pretty cool t shirts. I would highly recommend visiting and giving it a try!

Went here for a visit. Decor is incredible, staff is awesome, and throwing hatchets is exactly what you hope it will be. Worth every penny! Highly recommend to anyone and everyone

Highly recommend Stumpys for a fun night out! Our coach was great and very helpful. Tracy was amazing, she really went above and beyond to make sure my friend had a fantastic birthday! Thank you Stumpy's we will definitely be back soon!

Brand new place in Lancaster, we dropped in with a few friends and had a great hour of throwing axes. The coaches were nice and helpful but I wish they had stepped in a bit more when we we're struggling. I also wish the lanes were longer but maybe there is a standard length. They let us bring our own beer and put it in a tub with I've for us. Better in the wallet but you do have to plan ahead.

Great place! You can have nice gathering and it’s BYOB so you can grab beer from beer store around the corner called beer and beverage shoppe. Definitely recommended!

Had b day there. Fantastic! Our coach was great very helpful. Used first hour for all of us to get the hang of it then started the teams. Manager very nice man gave my son a bday shirt. Recommended very highly. Best fun I've had in years
