Horrible, unprofessional service and interaction with the owner.
I made an appointment for full foils (highlights low lights) and haircut and arrived at the scheduled 3: 00 time
First told that the stylist was finishing up her previous customer and would be with me soon. At 3: 10 She came to greet me and was very friendly and asked me what I wanted done I showed her three pictures and discussed the color I wanted and the cut. She seemed overwhelmed right away and went to get another stylist and that stylist said that they would be helping her. It was obvious at that time that the stylist I was scheduled with was newer and that was fine with me that she went to get support from another stylist.
They asked me to discuss what I wanted from the beginning and I repeated everything They had me sign their quoted price sheet saying that they can't guarantee the outcome to an exact color, etc.
We're fine with all of that and she said she would be right back. The owner had motioned for her to move away from the station and go talk to her. They left me alone for about 5 minutes and then neither stylist reappeared but the owner came back saying that the stylist I was booked with is an apprentice and wasn't going to be able to do my cut and color today.
I asked why and I was told that they didn't know if she'd be able to do it until I had my consultation and they didn't want my hair to turn out a way that I wouldn't want so she wasn't going to be able to do it. I said okay I understand that she's newer but she was going to get support from another stylist and I was fine with that. Who is going to do my appointment instead of the original stylist? The owner told me that she didn't have anyone available and she would go and check so she walked away and came back and said yes I don't have anyone who can do it, sorry. That was a waste of 45 minutes waiting in a chair through a consultation to be told that no one would be able to do $200 blonde and brown highlights and cut my hair.
The owner seemed more annoyed and wanting to somehow turn this on me then accepting that they scheduled their newer stylist on a job that she wasn't ready for. I felt for that stylist. Why put her in that position before she was ready?
So I asked where the problem was in the salon that she was scheduled with me when they wouldn't be able to do a simple highlight. She explained to me that I wasn't getting a simple highlight that I was getting more than one color and maybe a toner and that she wasn't ready for that type of work yet.
I told her how disappointed I was and that I would be leaving a negative review.
I did not walk into the salon expecting to waste 45 minutes of my time being told that the stylist they scheduled me with wouldn't be able to do the appointment. I will never go back to the salon. I can't believe how rude and unapologetic and insincere the owner/manager was. I leave this review in hopes that nobody else has to deal with the rudeness. I will conclude this by saying that both the new stylist and the one that was going to help her were both very kind and I find no fault with either of them. It was the way that the management handled it that was rude and unprofessional. Do better.

Overpriced for what was actually done and not exactly what I asked for either. Everyone is very nice there though.

I love this hair salon. Everyone is professional while making you feel like your best friends. Sara Gilbert is amazing. She cares about the health of your hair while reaching the desired length and color. You can tell she’s practiced and studied her skills on the IBE extensions. She’s blended my own hair flawlessly with them, while walking me through the process of purchasing, installation, and maintenance. My only wish was that she could give me a blow out every morning.

Tremendous group who are all very professional & great at what they do. Have been to both Tori and Abby. Both are very professional as well as friendly and personable. They take the time to listen to your requests. Haircuts always turn out great! Fantastic quality and service. I highly recommend.

I wanted to get in with Ashley, because she was the one who was recommended, but was booking into March. The friend who referred me said that I should be alright with anyone if she was booked so an appointment was made with Tori. I have an inverted stacked bob. During this session she asked entirely to many questions. I have found through experience that this is a HUGE red flag! We also spoke about Sylists who can’t cut this haircut and butcher it rather than saying “I don’t know how” or “I’m not good at them”. So, back to these red flags! She was already well into the cut at this point. All I wanted was a shortened thinned out version of what I already had. Simple right? NO! I tell her that as long as my front is longer, the length of the back is very negotiable. The only thing I care about is not losing the points at the front and it looks good when your done. I don’t know what she did, but didn’t take any length off the points in the front and butchered the rest of it! I don’t even want to go back to this location to get it fixed and to be honest, I’m not sure it can be fixed! I spent over $70 for a haircut that a toddler could have done for free! Never again!

I don’t usually like to leave reviews but I asked for a layered haircut with face framing pieces and not more than an inch off. I left with my hair all one length, no face framing pieces, and it’s too short to fix.she had me leave wet so I didn’t see the length when I left. (I have curly hair) i’m not one to complain but i’m pretty upset.it’s like 3 inches shorter and no hate to the stylist but I just wish she could shown how much she was cutting before she did it

Facial with Bre was SPECTACULAR. It is the best facial I have ever had. The music was so relaxing. The room was so comfortable and serene. The pace of the facial made me feel like falling asleep! I would highly recommend trying a facial with Bre you will LOVE it and I will be going back for sure. She also does a wonderful scalp and arm massage with a paraffin hand treatment which was truly fantastic.
