This is the coolest and coldest ice cream store ever. The liquid nitrogen they use is set at -321 degrees Fahrenheit. The whole process was an enjoyable learning process. The product was as fresh as you can get, because they hand make it in front of you and delicious!

I love subzero! When I went the service was great and the ice cream was delish! It is a tasteful wonderful taste from heaven! The place is definitely insta worthy!

I had the custard. Was good. No wait when we arrived. The nitrogen balls tasted like a stale captain crunch cereal. The kids ate half of them and wasted the other half lol. This is definitely a different place than I expected. Good experience overall because the kids enjoyed it.

Definitely the best ice cream I've had in a long time. I felt like a kid in a candy store with all the different flavors and options to choose from. It was also pretty cool to watch them make the ice cream fresh and in front you. Highly recommend

We have purchased this companies products for 2 homes. Subzero and Wolf. Their ice makers are the worst. We have replaced ours once already and the second one now waiting for parts. Service is not good either. Never get ice makers in their over priced refrigerators. You think you are buying a high end product. They are pretty but don't perform. This is just good marketing. Buyer be ware.

We love this place! Lisa is usually there when we go and we love her! She is always so nice and let's my son help "clean" and do other things to "help out" most people would probably get annoyed by. He's a handful. The ice cream is awesome and the place is super clean!

Big Red makes the most awesome milkshakes! We love to order with her she is always so happy and pleasant to the customer.

Lovely staff (Bridget is awesome!), great ice cream, the small scoop is BIG, so considerate about dietary restrictions, give a 15% discount to students and you can link your number to your purchases and build towards a free ice cream if you come often!
