Where should I begin? I was doing my “research” on who would be the best plastic surgeon for about 7- 8 months. I had 2 other breast augmentations (one when I was 34-horrible experience) then the other was after my last child so I went to a reconstruction plastic surgeon to fix what was wrong with the first. He was excellent but has since retired. So I was on my journey to finding the best person to be articulate at his/her craft AND honest. First let me say I am 51 and have had 3 children. I waited until I could coordinate an abdominal surgery (loose skin above my belly button), correct my breasts (areolas needed work) and I wanted to go to silicone because they lost their fullness. This is when I found Dr. Christian Subbio. I connected to him on Instagram, read reviews and started watching his videos and posts. I also saw his following and many well known plastic surgeons follow him and like/comment on his posts. He came across to me as very articulate, intelligent, knowledgeable, and artistic. So I scheduled a consultation. His staff and nurses were extremely helpful and supportive with me, as I was nervous about doing elective surgery once again but now at 51. When I first met with Dr. Subbio, I felt very comfortable with him as he has a way of making you feel like you’re still beautiful no matter how I felt about myself and also understands if you choose to do the surgery with him or not. His demeanor live is very different than what I assumed from his posts. He was serious, engaging, respectful, thoughtful about relaying his perspective and extremely humble. I immediately felt relaxed. I never, in the past scheduled my surgery date the same day of the consult but with Dr. Subbio, I did. I am 1 month out from a tummy tuck (loose skin above my belly button from 3 pregnancies), another breast lift and a change out to silicone implants. I am so thrilled about my stomach and new implants! I have shown many of my friends who are CNP’s and all of them have said, “Wow, his lines are so clean and meticulous”. Like I said before, it’s only 1 month out and my swelling is completely gone. My surgeries look absolutely AMAZING! I am so glad I did it and I have 2 of my friends that gained the confidence to schedule consultations with him because they have seen my results. That was the best money spent because now I feel more confident about myself. I am looking forward to the summer and actually walking on the beach without a cover-up! Definitely one of the most unprofessional practices I've ever have had the displeasure of dealing with. I was originally referred to Subbio by a medical professional because I was in search of a hair transplant. During my consultation, my doctor insisted that I was "too young" and that I should stick to trying nonsurgical solutions first in order to see what would work. I explained to her that from my own research I didn't believe that investing in those procedures would actually work for me and that I don't want to wait to be older to have my dream hairline. Regardless, I was ushered down the very lengthy and expensive path, with the understanding that the process would be documented each time and I would receive regular follow ups to examine any progress. Essentially, I would be "priming my hair for the next step. " My first notion that this business was odd was when I had scheduled my second PRF injection for a weekday around 4pm. I had coordinated with my employer to leave early that day in order to make my appointment. Mind you I was coming all the way from Voorhees, NJ during the busiest time of day. It wasn't until I had driven about 45 minutes out of my way that I received a call and was told I was almost an hour late to my appointment. Confused, I explained what my appointment time was scheduled for and that I had indeed received/accepted a confirmation for that time the day prior. The receptionist was quick to cut me off and tell me that it was policy for clients to arrive ONE HOUR before their actual appointment time in order to draw blood. I'm sorry but in what world does that make any type of sense? So you're telling me when I asked for an appointment at 4pm that I'm just scheduling the five minutes of injection time and that I'm magically supposed to think to come in an hour prior? Why not just schedule me in your system at 3pm so my confirmation relays the proper information? Instead of expecting me to go out of my way to look up that info. Info that I wouldn't even be considering in the first place. After that they did not agree to see me despite me being only 10 minutes away at this point. Despite me literally planning my entire day to make it to this appointment. I ended up letting that incident go and continuing my routine appointments at a later time. I did all that was asked of me during the year after those early appointments. I purchased Nutrafol from their location and consumed four massive pills daily on top of the finasteride and applying topical on my scalp. EVERY DAY for an ENTIRE YEAR. Not a single follow up text or phone call from Subbio regarding my progression or feelings on the current state of my hair. Finally approaching the one year mark, I decided to reach out to Subbio in order to touch base on the potential next step. I was met with confusion as to who I was or what I was even talking about. It was only then in that very phone call that I was told my doctor no longer worked at their practice and that the type of help I was looking for was no longer offered by Subbio Plastic. I will not lie and admit this put me into an immediate state of anger and I'm sure I sounded a bit hostile. I could not and still don't understand why I wasn't alerted to this information ASAP so that I could consider my options sooner. It also dawned on me that I was out around five grand and still at square one literally one whole year after my initial investment into this journey. Subbio Plastic Surgery & Medspa took my trust and hopefulness and stomped out whatever was left of it. They refused to compensate me any sort of money or issue any sort of apology on their behalf for the miscommunication and EXTREMELY poor handling of my time and faith in their practice. Their final message to me was that they'd email me their recommendations so I could find a new doctor and almost another year later I am still waiting for that email. It seems as though one needs to fly outside of the country in order to receive expert medical care especially when it comes to the world of hair loss.

Kat is the best! She is always willing to listen and come up with any solution to my problem areas. I had no bruising and I loved how everything looked!

Disappointed to lose $150 consultation fee for missed appt. No appointment reminders on email or text. I know they have the right to do that for missed time but that is a lot of money! Feels wrong

After researching countless surgeons I traveled from Florida to Pennsylvania to have Dr Subbio do my breast implant exchange with breast lift. I worked as an Rn with a plastic surgeon for 13 years before he sadly passed away and I knew what to look for in an excellent surgeon. Subbio surpassed my expectations! His attention to detail is impeccable. He is a true artist. He is so kind and makes you feel like your flaws are minor. I know people always tend to look local for a surgery like this but I recommend reconsidering that thought process. This is a huge decision and you only want the best for your investment in yourself. He delivers and his staff make the out of town patient process so easy. Thank you Dr Subbio!

I have been “investigating” injectors for lip filler for almost a year and the minute I was shown Kat’s IG page I knew we were meant to be! Not only was she personally accessible before I even came in to the office the minute we met I felt like we were old friends. She knew immediately what I was looking for, respected my input, gave me her honest and forthright opinion on what would be best for me.
When it came to the actual injections, there was zero pain or discomfort involved! She fully prepared me, but I feel like she made it such a pleasant and comforting environment there literally wasn’t anything to stress about! Post care, again she was always available, wether through IG or the office and I literally cried tears of joy the drive home for finally having lips without having to overline. I literally can’t wait to come back as I completely trust her now and my husband who was very on the fence about me doing this is so happy and relieved with my results after just a few days!

Kat is the best around and the only person I trust with my lip filler. She has amazing technique. After my lip filler with Kat I walked away with 0 bruises (this was not the case when I went to another injector at another place). She does not over fill or over inject. I’d recommend Dr. Subbio and his team over and over again, i had a breast augmentation in April of this year and could not be happier or ecstatic with the results, not to mention the support from Dr. Subbio prior to my surgery and after my surgery! He is beyond talented, if you’re considering breast augmentation, lift, reduction, tummy tucks, tuck daddy is the man for the job!

Totally worth the 45 minute drive to get to Dr Subbio’s office. The staff is always so kind and accommodating. And I may be partial, but Kat is the absolute best! She always knows exactly what I need and what areas need the most work. She never steers me wrong. And it helps she is gentle and efficient with those needles!
