This review is for a service call only. Had a new furnace installed by another company. Suburban sent out Eric Vitale as a field tech. He found a leak was present in system. After staying with it, he found a small leak on new furnace fitting from factory. Eric is a GREAT REPRESENTATIVE for this company. In a world of incompetent people, he was professional positive and a Great asset to this company. The world needs more ERIC'S. Suburban management take notice. I run my own company as well as my wife. You have a GEM there.
