16This is the only franchise i know that depends which location elects not to take coupons when they are sent to your house. Makes no since to me but while you still have half decent subs you better watch out because Jersey Mike's are on your heels to take all your business
Placed an order online. When I picked it up all three sandwiches had the exact same toppings wich I edited upon ordering for each specific sub. When I complained I was told that is how the order came in. I essentially wasted $20.00 I left the subs there and the lady said well you paid for them. I told her since they’re paid for stick them up your ***. I walked out leaving the subs because it was like talking to a wall. Never again will I ever order anything from Subway!
I go here to change it up some. The staff are always very nice, and it's your typical subway experience. Tell them what you want, and they make it. The toppings all look and taste fresh and the store is clean.
Horrible customer service. The lady who was working had an attitude from the second we walked in. She apparently hates her job and takes it out on the customers. We will never be back.
Ordered a tuna melt. Told me it gets toasted in a bag so i had to add the vegetables beforehand. Confused I asked if policy changed recently but nope.
Literally said, can i get it toasted and add vegetables later. He told me no multiple times.
I think ownership and workers are confused on how to make a sub.
I should give a highly rating because they are friendly but i just can't get past the way they made it.
The worst subway hands down! So rude & unprofessional & they mess up the order whether you order in person or online. I will never step foot in this subway ever again!
The new lady’s have very bad attitudes I asked for extra sauce and she completely ignored me and then asked me for a tip
My son, who is a Marine combat veteran, and family ordered online at this subway. When we went there to pickup the order, my son was very rudely treated. The staff member said" we don't do online orders here, Next. " My son showed her the receipt on his phone and mentioned it was already paid for. The staff member then said" Well, I won't rob you. I can go ahead and make it for you. " We received our order after approximately 45 minutes. I surely won't be going there anymore.
They’re very slow, and when the machine is down ask if you have cash AFTER your sandwich is made. They also gave me the the wrong change back (what I had to pay and not my actual change). Wouldn’t recommend this location.
I placed an online order. Get to the store, go to the register, there's a line of people waiting to have sandwiches made. Lady refused to acknowledge my existence for 20 minutes AFTER my order should have been ready and when I said something she said oh its not ready then proceeded to make sandwiches for people who walked in AFTER me. And then she's out of chicken as she's making my sandwiches. Wouldn't have been out of chicken if you didn't take 5 customers in front of me. I understand it gets busy but you know online customers come to the register.maybe don't ignore them? Terrible customer service and time management.
Idiot employee not removing her plastic gloves at the register - handling money with gloves on, then handling people's food with the same gloves on. How stupid are you people?
The woman who has been working there all the time recently decided her online orders were more important than me.and there was no line. I was hoping she would assist me but I stood there for about 15 mins before I gave up and just left.
I will never go here again. They screamed and yelled at my son while they messed up his food. Poor customer service
Y'all. I placed an order at 2: 13 for a 4pm pick up. 3 subs, 2 salads. The woman called at 357 saying they didn't have our bread we picked, no problem. I get there at 403 and the food isn't ready yet when nobody else was in there.
Irritating but okay.
It the takes unit 423 to get done. FOUR TWENTY THREE, again, with just me there. While asking ME what the chicken salad is or has in it because its not on their menu?
Just got home and the BLT salad has no bacon.
And the subs are wrong anyway.
Ordered online. Picked the order up and the meatball hoagie wasn't toasted. My wife's hoagie had all kind of toppings on it. Not the way it was ordered at all.
This Subway is terrible. It needs to be a manager there. The two women at the register can not communicate very well with the public. They have no ideal what you are saying and they are very rude. This was my first experience with this Subway and I will never go there again and besides the sandwich was not good at all
