I was rudely treated by an employee. Very antagonistic. I will not being going back to this location. Better service at the one down the road.
1 star because you can’t trust someone to cook for you when they are only being paid $10 an hour. They were offering the same pay at this establishment 5 years ago.
Service is very hit or miss. Last time I was there I had awesome service from a kind young man. This time, we did a pick up order and it was ready but incomplete. He tried telling the girl he was missing stuff and was being told his order was being worked on (his order was ready, she was working on another order at the time). The manager came over and eventually on the 4th time of being asked what the problem is, he spoke up loudly, which in turned warranted her to start yelling and attempting to have him kicked out of her restaurant. He stated he was not leaving without the rest of his paid order.she eventually grabbed the cookies out of the case with her bare hands and threw them in the bag. I know its not easy working with the public but come on. And btw when we got home our subs were all jacked up and wrong.
Manager was rude, meatball sub was 50°. Not even warm, wifes sub was supposed to have 3 types of meat on it and had all the same type of meat and a slice of bologna. Management needs to learn people skills. I wont ever go to the Jacktown Hill location ever again, nor allow my family.

I have a foot injury and went to the drive-up.only 1 car ahead of me. NO ONE EVER CAME TO TAKE ORDERS. I don't know how long I waited before I left, but the guys behind me left first. Yes, they were open.it was about 1 pm.
The manager Nicole is a rude and disrespectful person. She treated me and my son terribly when we tried ordering at the drive thru. I cannot believe you have someone with such horrible people skills/customer service in this role. We canceled our order and left. What a terrible experience. Never again.
My sub had half the meat it should have on it! The staff was nice but need to work on how to make food
The people working here this afternoon were incredible! There were only two employees and a constant stream of customers. I’m very impressed at how clean they kept it as I used to work in a restaurant and I know it’s not easy. They changed their gloves and kept things running efficiently. Make sure to tip them well! They’re understaffed and it can be very stressful.
Ordered our 3 subs online when we arrived to pick up the subs they were not made, they said sorry could we make them on wheat bread. We said no thank you, they advised they had no other bread because if St Patricks day. I advised that the app should not allow me to order then. They advised they could not refund my credit card and offered a cash refund, we did and reorder elsewhere. This was the first time in 3 years since we tried subways, they had there chance and ruined it again.
Wow. Subway has really gone downhill. I took 2 bites of my sandwich and then threw it away because it tasted awful.
This store can't seem to get its act straight. I placed an online order and pulled up to the drive thru to pick it up and nothing. I call and nothing. Now worried they were closed, I roll around and see 2 employees inside. Multi tasking must not be their strong point.
It sucked and overpriced.getting commercial cardboard sandwich.if you like cardboard Subway sandwich is for you
This location is always very slow. Don't go here if you're in a hurry. Was the second car in the drive thru, no customers inside (can see when driving around), and I was here for 20 mins. It's still your typical good Subway food, just takes a while to get it. I feel bad for this location. It's in a good spot, but doesn't seem able to gain the traction of other area Subway's (imo), due to constant turnover. Seems like the sign has "hiring" on it more than it has whatever specials or deals on it.
The young women working here are very kind and helpful. Saw them handle “Karens” and “Kens” with grace.
All tv's should have closed caption on them and some of the Elipticals that the arms that move shoud be mixed in with the ones that don't move.
Slowest service ever and hopefully they give you the food you purchase. 2 times now had to ask for rest of order
Used drive-thru. Only two cars in front of me. From the time I got in line until I received my food, I waited 25 minutes! Saw about 6 or 7 people go in and come out. No apology at the window, nothing. It's been slow in the past when I've stopped there but never this bad!
Waited 20mins in line for it to not move at all. A line of 3 people and that's including myself. Ended up just leaving.
The service was s-l-o-w... The bread was getting to the point of being stale. I don't know what happened, usually the service is much better and the food is of much better quality. I'll chock it up to the possibly of the staff being new and inexperienced. Otherwise it would of been a 2 star review.
