Subway, Mt Pocono PA

It's a typical Subway as far as the sandwiches go, but the place it self is brightly lit, clean, and inviting. I've been here twice in the last few weeks, early evening, and the same gentleman was working, and he was pleasant and polite.

Placed a mobile order that said it would be ready at 12: 35. Showed up at 12: 45 and they hadn't even touched it. There's no line and 2 people sitting down eating so it's not busy at all. Guy behind the counter just say give me a few minutes. We'll, buddy, you had 35 minutes already. What a joke this place is!

The employee who made my sandwich, I forget his name, but he was awesome. The condiments looked like they were days old and there wasn't much to choose from.

Honestly, shocked to read the reviews below. I typically don’t leave reviews for big box fast food, but I felt compelled to do so here because the service was so good! I wish I got the name of the staff that helped me. If it helps, I was there September 25th at noon. They were very friendly and efficient. The lady was so nice, even offering to make the bread extra crispy. Very positive energy.

Went in early. Around 8: 15am. Hours posted shows open 8am. Door unlocked. As soon as I step one foot in the door the manager says "nope waiting for employee". So I asked, can't you make the sandwich? To which he replied "no". I know its subway and not to expect much but just extremely poor service.

Subways is subways. I dont expect much from the food, now for service, my rating is a 2. Two people ahead of me and waited more than 10mins for a sandwich. I've gotten service at work in Manhattan with 10 people and was serviced quicker. You be the judge and try. I would assume people are here to eat from the Kalahari waterpark.

This place is a great disappointment. The staff are not nice, it's like they don't want to be there. They close up half an hour before time. I like Subway but this franchise really gives them a bad name service wise.

I did an online order today. When I went to pick up my order it was not waiting and the man working told me someone else picked up my order and was very rude. I had leave because I had a very limited lunch time for work. I didn’t get my food. I wasn’t offered a refund in store. When I called customer service I was told that there was nothing they could do because only the store can do refunds. It was a terrible experience.

The staff is quick and customer friendly. We enjoy getting our meals and everything to date is fresh.

Do not recommend! They take an attitude with you if you order more then people present (so if two people walk in and you try to order three sandwiches) a manager will get involved if you try to order anything that is not pictured like putting a sandwich in a bowl. Then to top off of this off they will put what ever they want in your sandwich. Things you didn't ask for and just refuse to include the things you did ask for. All in all just go to Jersey Mike's it'll be cheaper anyways.

1. They don’t chop salads it’s just a pile of vegetables stuffed in a bowl. 2. Sweet onion is gone, tragic. Customer service is non existent. Avoid this place

Worst service! The owner there with the mustache was rude. We kindly asked him to change gloves but he refused to do so. Then charged us extra despite the fact that he didn’t have items in stock.

Too busy for customers or to stock up. Refuses to do what guests tell him. Would ask subway to look into this franchisee as he’s definitely painting a bad picture for a dying brand.

Have never been to a subway shop since I first discovered it many years ago! The meat cheese and all fixings are not fresh. Everything is pre cut! The real deal is Blimpies. Wake up people

The workers seemed very bored and were engaging in personal conversation while i was trying to order.put too much meat on my sandwich & not enough veggies.i have ordered the same sandwich for years & this one doesn't taste quite as good as the others.but overall it was alright.

Went here because I was craving a good ole’ subway hoagie.

Walked in and got my favorite spicy Italian hoagie and a medium Dr. Pepper.

Boy am I disappointed. My hoagie was decent, definitely not as good as the subway closer to my home. I drank all of my Dr. Pepper, and had seen that the bottom of my plastic cup was full of bugs. Disgusting! I will definitely not eat here ever again. Very dirty. BEWARE!

This subway and the one in Walmart are owned by the same people Nasty attitudes and they will not honor coupons

Just got me one of the worst sandwiches I’ve ever seen in my life then have no ingredients whatsoever at all available now multi grain bread and no pepper jack cheese then the guy working at the front was completely rude completely short rushing made my sandwich so sloppy and didn’t even tell me they have a good day or anything

The worst customer service ever. I and my friends went there to order and we needed veg sandwich and since we are vegetarian, I asked a guy to change the gloves. He looked at us as if we asked him his one kidney or something. And then we order 6 foot long and he was mad about me ordering that many sandwiches. All three are rude but short, bald guy was extra rude. Not only that he didn’t even put enough veggies and stuff. It was so empty kind of sandwich. Please don’t go there. Whole day gets spoiled when you meet this kind of people.

They do not accept the SUBWAY coupons which is the reason myself and my kid went. The sandwiches even after they were “heated up” we’re cold and if I wanted to cook myself I would have just went home. Even though they already started the sandwiches probably I should have told them never mind and left after rejecting my SUBWAY APPROVED Coupon. Won’t be returning.
