Subway, Ebensburg PA

So I normally don’t post reviews but I had to for this one. Today was a lovely day (November 5th, 2022 at 11: 15am). Went to Ebensburg subway for some subs for lunch. The one girl who made our subs was very nice and friendly. On the other hand, there was another girl there with straight brown hair that was about shoulder length (she’s lucky she wasn’t wearing a name tag because I’d definitely say it right now) who was just awful. I understand if you hate your job and hate your life but that’s no reason to take it out on the customers. She was super sassy and rude to us. She obviously just wanted us to leave and was rushing us the whole time. She did not provide a very professional or friendly atmosphere at all. I honestly will probably look elsewhere for my subs because, I, as a customer do not want to be treated like that. The subs the other girl made were okay. I got a meatball sub and it was delicious. My mom got some chicken teriyaki sub and said it was a subpar amount of chicken with the amount of veggies put on, so she didn’t really enjoy her sub. I hope a manager reads this and reevaluates the service some of their workers are providing.

Ordered online picked up at store got home and nothing was right. Not worth the drive back up

Horrible experience. No drive through running. One girl working and the line was insanely long. It wasn’t even a rush time, but they need more people working at once. Disgusted to wait like 20 minutes then have her stop to do all these online orders and still I had 4 people in front of me in line so I ended up leaving without anything

Again I ordered online and again they did not send my oil and vinegar for my salad. It is on the receipt, but no one put it in the bag. I don’t know if I will give you another chance.

Sub is great, but there needs to be more staff. Poor girl was balancing a full DT and cafe all on her own.

Pretty good I always enjoy going here. The only issue I have is near close they may not have all items on the menu but that's to be expected with any fast food.

Excellent! Hoagie's were very good! Bread and vegetables were so fresh! Employees were very nice!

Ask if they honor coupons before placing order. Turns out only specific restaurants acknowledge local newspaper coupons.

This drive-thru is pretty easy with the little touch screen ordering. Would probably be just as easy to tell the person what you want, but hey, whatever. Subway is always pretty average as far as flavor and quality of ingredients go.

It's a subway. The plus is the dive through ordering. The minus is that they aren't always quick to update the menu. When i went coffee wasn't available because the Keurig wasn't working and they didn't have the protein bowls in the menu.

Ordered a steak wrap through the drive thru and it was ice cold. The meat wasn't heated at all.

This is the place u go to when u want someone to talk down to you i DO NOT recommend going to this subway very disappointed

I love Subway! I always have a veggie sub at home for something quick to eat.and it's much healthier than most anything else I would end up eating if I didn't have one on hand!
