Subway, Windber PA

The people working here are super sweet! I haven’t had a bad experience with the workers or food.

Wow I never been so dissatisfied with subway until today, after everyone got there food we was highly disappointed. Never had problem with subway until today. Noone got tomatoes or pickles and I had extra lettuce on mine, but there was just a couple small pieces. I never saw it so skimpy as it was today. And it was that way on all 3 foot longs so that just turned me off on getting subway subs for awhile. If you pay for what you want you expect to have it made right. Not just throw on meat and cheese.

I don’t usually post reviews but this was awful. Picked up my order, got home and this is what I had. Seriously, got a little carried away toasting this. Why would you give this to your customer?

Our experience was great. Our server was exceptionally professional. And he made a great sub for us both.

Subway is my go-to for take out. I've tried nearly all the sandwiches. The double chocolate cookies are a hidden gem. They are not available at all locations so stock up if you find any!

I was the BIGGEST subway fan but now I'm afraid to order here! 3 family members got food poisoning from our Subway in the last 2 weeks.something obviously changed. That sucks.

We ordered subway last night 10/18 to be delivered and spent 50 dollars on 1 burned chicken bacon ranch melt and a soggy rotisserie chicken sub that did not have the avacodo I ordered and wasn't toasted, throwing the sub in the oven did not work on the soggy sub.also I ordered a coke got a sprite instead absolutely disappointing.would not order unless present

The staff were very helpful and friendly and they explained everything about any of the sandwiches. The staff suggested The Monster and it was delicious

We were just driving by and caught site of a couple arguing. The woman was pushed rather forcefully, I told my fiancee and we turned car around. WHEN YOU PUT HANDS ON A WOMAN IN PUBLIC, IT IS NOW MY BUSINESS! The male (I'm sorry he is not a man) was extremely anger we were getting involved. The female was an employee of subway. She was trying to get us to leave, he was just trying to get her stop, she said. It wasn't a pretty situation. Certainly not professional. However their was another employee there who took it seriously and made sure owner was made aware. I do not have her name but she was apologetic and meant it. Sadly, that young women had to finish her shift alone. That was unfair to her, but I'm sure she could handle it. She is a star employee! Raise?

The boys working there today were playing catch up as the crew before them left and didn't have anything ready for them. But, they still made and took orders perfectly while prepping.

This Subway was fantastic! The service was outstanding. The food was fresh and delicious. The dining room was very clean!

I've ordered lunch at the Richland location. Very fast. Didn't had to wait long.

I am writing this review to thank the wonderful employees at this location! On Sunday 10/18/2020 around 4pm I was lost and my phone had no service. I stopped at McDonald's, a bar in that area and everyone I could find shopping and no one would let me use their phone until I came across the fine young man at this Subway. He graciously let me use the phone, he made sure I was safe by wiping the phone down before and after I used it. He was very professional, kind, and understanding of my situation and I am very thankful. I was in full Halloween costume and makeup and he still did not hesitate to make sure I had a phone to use. He deserves to be recognized and I could kick myself for not getting his name but I was very distraught at the time. He was working at 4pm so it should be easy to figure out who he was and recognize him as a great employee. We in the service industry don't get enough good reviews so I wanted to make sure I posted this and hopefully he will see how very grateful I was. This is at the Subway in Windber, PA at 200 21st St.

I went to the windber subway today and it was the best food I have ever eaten. I had the greatest employee make my sandwich and he was nothing but kind. In addition he made me not only the greatest sandwich, but the greatest food I have ever eaten in my life. This young man greeted me with a smile and treated me with nothing but respect. He said his name was Caleb. I made sure to tip him very very good. This employee needs to be recognized by the staff for his great work!
