Subway, Reading PA

Horrible customer service, encountered a lady who had the most attitude I’ve ever seen, black hair, pale skin, had on a black sweatshirt, first she was rude and snappy to my mom who doesn’t speak English.then when we were going to pay all we asked is why it came out to so much because two sandwiches came to 38 dollars, she got annoyed that we were asking and took away our sandwiches and walked away with them before we could even pay, will be calling in, hope she gets fired.if you are encountered with this lady report her! I don’t want anyone else to have this experience as well.

I found a piece of hair on my tuna sandwich when I spoke with Daniel. She got so defensive and aggressive and claimed that it was my hair.this place lack hygiene, professionalism and wouldn’t recommend

Worst employee soo far this is a bad look for subway. They fight in the back all you hear is yelling took them 20 minutes to make me 2 subs

Gave me barely any meat. “Can you put more on? ” “That’ll be double meat. ” “I just want the normal amount. Could you put more on? ” (Got charged double for still not enough)

The Manager at the Subway inside of Super Walmart is a Super Bi@$. She was very rude! Rushed my grandsons to order and hurt my grandsons feelings. Horrible! Everyone was complaining about her! The rest of the staff was not friendly, didn't even say can I help you or have a good day! I WILL NEVER EVER EAT HERE AGAIN! Let's just say, thank God I'm very grown and mature, because when you hurt my kids, it's not a good thing. I will be making some calls.

Good food made to order in just a few minutes. Can be a little expensive if you don't have any coupons. Tasty and fills you up when you're hungry!

Worst experience at a higher profile subway. First with three people standinf by the register, no one said a word just avoided eye contact. Finally a girl I assume was on break came out of the back and had an attitude helping us to which she didnt accurately make our order or even cut the chicken in the sad salad she made. Meanwhile one of the girls finally said I can ring you up as Im telling the first girl what I want on my sandwhich. The whole shift seemed like a bunch of clowns. Very unsatisfied visit.

Terrible customer services.when we order thru the app it said our card was declined but the order went thru when we tried to get in touch w the manager she took over a week to get back to us and didn’t want to refund us for two foot longs, when she got in touched she started raising her voice over the phone with my mom i could hear her from the room next door.she didn’t even try to help the situation she was just dismissive ab the whole thing.overall terrible customer services doesn’t even deserve one star lol

Used app to order two BMT sandwiches for pickup, came home with the sandwiches home, found hair in one and both were missing the meat in them.

I only gave a 3 star rating because of my preferences. I don't find anything wrong with Subway but it's not my taste, however I do like how they prepare a sandwich and if more places used Subways style of making a sandwich than there'd be less mistakes.

Love subway.made your way.but they need to loosen up. They talk and act like robots.but there food is awesome.
