1st time my husband ordered there. He was pleased with his sandwich. I did taste it and was pleasantly surprised with the favor.
First time to this store & they got overwhelmed w/ in minutes! That tells you good store. Only 2 people working. Luckily we got there before a order of 15 was placed, OMG! His facial expression was priceless.
My wife and I went I ordered my sandwich and my wife ordered a turkey sandwich. Would you believe they didn't put any meat on the sandwich. It was all vegetables. Part of the problem is staff doesn't hardly understand the English language.
So, I ordered two footlongs online so all I'd have to do was pick them up. I get there at the time they're to be ready and instead I'm told that they ran out of the one sandwich I ordered. They offered another type at the same cost but I just had him make me a plain cheesesteak. The 2nd sandwich I asked for extra mayo and they went crazy with it and I wind up with a mayo footlong. Haven't eaten at Subway in a long time. This will be the last time. Oh and.clean that dirty store!
Went here twice and received poor service, didn't get anything went to Wawa instead.
We arrived at 8.40 PM on a Wednesday evening but the store was closed. The guy inside did not unlock the door, though the store is supposed to open until 9 PM.
Ny first and last time as customer? I couldn’t buy everything I wanted because the server was really rude and wasn’t willing to answer my questions about choices. Hopefully corporate office check on their rude workers
Counter guy was very angry and ignorant, he forgot chips for my pickup and got even more mad when I told him this. He then told me to get the chips myself and I was denied another bag to place them in. My younger self would have personally just smacked him and left.
This subway store is very junky. To day I buy sub they make with full of hot sauce no buddy can eat. Never go there customer service is extremely junk. Owner not talking care in business. To da 6.45 I buy At that time who is on service counter is very rough. Any way I didn’t find -10 star for that’s I give 1 star.

And place an order through the app the SUBWAY app and it didn’t show that they had white chocolate chip macadamia nut cookies and my DoorDash came with no drinks or chips that I ordered so I proceeded to call the store spoke to some lady I drove down to the store to pick up the rest of my order I get back to work and I’m still missing a drink something should really get done
Got two sandwiches here today and they barely put anything on them. For as much as they charge for sandwiches they should put stuff on them. Ridiculous
