A few weeks ago I tried to order a wrap through the app and it said "closed" on a Friday around 11am. So I drove there and it was open. When I went in to order, the guy behind the counter got very defensive, and frankly a little aggressive, justifying the fact that the app said they were closed, due to lack of help. I simply thought it was a loss of business if the app said they were closed but I told him I really didn't care, shrugged it off, ordered my wrap and left.
Today I went in to order my wrap and when I entered, a different male employee peaked around the corner from the back and said he would be right with me. A few minutes went by and and he came out with a tray full of bread doughs that he put into the oven and after he was done with that task, he asked if he could help me. I asked for a tuna wrap and he said - GET THIS - they were out of tuna! I actually think he was just too lazy to go to the walk in and get it, but either way, I told him to forget it and walked out. I will be going to the Sheetz across the street for my tuna wrap from now on.
Went to grab a sandwich for lunch. I was immediately greeted by the manager Phillip with a warm welcome. Was not sure to get, however the menu was explained to me in detail. In all this was a great experience at a fast food restaurant. Professional, Polite and knowledgeable. Austin made the sandwich and it was delicious. Would recommend this subway as it is clean and food was fresh.
Everything is good except please put more condiments on the sub if it’s ordered. Thank you
Food was great, employees were nice, typically don’t write bad reviews but the two employees around 9pm on a 11/9 were extremely loud and basically screeching on the phone and carrying on. Super distracting and overwhelming. Could barely hear the person across from me, which is wild considering we were the only customers in there. Worked in food service for several years and never did this at my job.
Excellent subs and kind employees. They were a little busy the day I came in and didn’t have my online order ready. The manager apologized for the wait and refunded my order. I received my food a few minutes later and walked out a happy customer! Will be back many more times, thank you:)
I was here the other week and Philip was so awesome and friendly. He made the store very welcoming!
When I walked in I was met with a warm greeting which in some places you don’t get that any more i ordered veggie delight the young men did a great job on the sandwich and I will drive 25 minutes to this subway location because of the quality of service they provide
I ordered food online. Went and did some things before picking up my orders. Giving them enough time to make sure all I had to do was walk in and grab it. When I got there the order wasn't ready. That's fine but I stood there for another 30 or more minutes. Finally I get my order and head home. I got 4 subs, 3 out of 4 subs were wrong. I'm thinking all that time I waited I at least thought I would get what I ordered. Nope. I will not being going to this subway again. Plus the employee was swearing at the other one while the place was full for going to slow. Not a good environment at all.
Very clean and recently renovated. Well trained and courteous staff that handled the rush well.
I placed an order online about 20 - 30 minutes before I was to arrive at this location. It was on my way to work, so I had no time to wait. I placed the order when I did specifically so I could walk in, grab the online order, and walk out.
Turns out when I got there that there was no sub to be found, and there were 5+ people in line. I didn't have time to wait, so I had to leave without getting my food.
I sent an email explaining the situation. Someone named Alexander who calls himself the "co-owner" said he'd get a refund started on my order. Now, one week later and multiple emails later, I haven't seen any refunds or heard anything from this Alexander.
I gave this two stars because normally the subs are good here. This time it was the very bad service, both during and after my visit.
Same as any other subway except that their toaster has been broken for months and had yet to be fixed. It keeps shutting off after a few seconds, so the workers have to keep restarting it. This produces badly "toasted" sub with warm spots and cold spots. Most of the time the cheese isn't even melted.
