Subway Restaurants, Allentown PA

I went to this specific subway with my wife my wife has psoriasis and the attendant behind the counter was specifically asking why does your skin look like that and had constant remarks about it will not recommend and reporting to the bbb

Placed and paid for my order online. Special was buy 1 foot long get one free. Order processed and charged me correctly. When i arive to the store the what I assume was the owner stated that the promotion ended on March 10 (was there on March 12). There is no exasperation date online my ordered was processed and paid however the man just refused to honor the deal. I cancelled my order due to the poor customer service i received, preceded 3 miles down the road to the next subway and they had absolutely no issue with the promotion. Shady business and would venture to say a greedy owner that just wanted to get all the money.

Food good. Just make sure if you are using your reward coupon, they actually take it off. I had to ask if it was taken off.

I've been going to the subway since it opened after J subs left. And I never miss J's after that. Their sandwiches are always well baked well made to your specifications of what you want and usually when I get a sub I get a lot of vegetables on it so I call it my sub salad LOL.
This store is always well maintained over the years it has been remodeled many times and the look of it is close to what Subway is but just a little bit different in the decor which is nice cuz it gives it a fresh look and more modern look which makes it look like subway of the 21st Century.
Always clean no dirt and dust in the store the restrooms are always clean and well-stocked.
The only thing I miss from Subway from years ago is they used to have stamps when you bought a sub any you would earn a free one.
The employees are always courteous and friendly and patient with what you want on your sub. But that doesn't happen anymore since I know what I want with vegetables to go on the subs so that's not a problem but never felt less are always right on top of their make that sandwich as quick as possible.

Clean, friendly, and quick. Honestly the best subway experience I've had in years. Did not skimp on any ingredients either.

They don't change their gloves after touching money.which leads me to think what other health violations are they making? It's disgusting really.it's not difficult to put new gloves on. It's just pure laziness and carelessness.

Good subway. Clean restaurant, always tastes fresh. Good amounts of portions too. Some other locations ration it out but this one is clean and good. Staffed by a lot of miserable teens one came out of the back and seemed like she was on drugs. Really was out of it and seemed confused. Just please have someone more professional overseeing your younger staff!
