Always helpful, effective, honest, and they'll help you understand how to prevent/deal with pests on your own when possible. That level of personal connection with the community is rare in comparison to some of the large pest control companies out there. It's also a family owned business from what I understand, and I always try to support local small family owned businesses. We had them come out for a bad carpenter ant problem and wasp/hornet infestation multiple times - they did a great job and the price was more than fair.
