The park owner is very big hearted. He's a hard work very dedicated to making sure his guests have a good stay.

It's under new property management, really cleaning the place up. Getting rid of some tenants. Very quit, nice homie spaces, next to sugar creek. Build a hiking trail to the swimming hole, with ATV trails. All in all shaping up.
