4I have three family members living there. Management is extremely responsive to repair requests, problems with appliances, or general issues. They bend over backwards to help senior and or disabled residents. Very friendly, helpful and professional property management staff. Due to solar electric/heat bills are next to nothing. Modern design with excellent amenities: pool, fitness center, community room available for functions, and lovely walking paths.
Beautiful landscaping and apartments don't look bad either. Rent is a bit expensive though.
Wow is all I can say. Beautiful area and grounds, Fantastic units. Very quiet and serene. Great ammenities. Spacious apartments that are laid out beautifully.
