Just another dentist, if you want just fillings in your teeth maybe this is the place, but don’t trust on them if you need any another special treatment, they make me wait for a month to get done a crown, Dr. Child sent me to another doctor (orthodontist), because she needed to be sure that it was ok, I get done the recommendations that she gave me, when I get my appointment for my crown a month later the assistant told me that she didn’t have scheduled my crown for this day, the schedule was for another filling, and she didn’t have any note about the crown, the same assistant that told me. ”the doctor needs to be ready and request special materials for this kind of work”, as well she told me. ”the closest date for your crown is in one month”, I said it’s fine, I will wait, but now she tells me she didn’t have any note about it? , they don’t know what they are doing. On top of that she tried to blame me for her mistakes, I sowed her my documents to prove that she was wrong. And this is not all.

The staff is very professional and chill. I appreciate the care I receive - Dr Childs is very thorough.

Dr. CHILD saved me twice. First time when my sons spacer got broke and she took him to remove it in same day and the second time when she fixed my front teeth in 1 hour and she changed my smile. This was my first visit to summit smiles as my dentist for the last fourty years in NJ had retired. I immediately knew I made the right choice. The place was immaculately clean. The staff was courteous and efficient. The crown jewel, however, was Dr childs. Very pleasant but best of all, painless.

I reached out to Dr. Childs office to recover dental records and potentially establish as a new patient. The young lady who answered the phones behavior was absolutely appalling. Very nasty and rude and not at all helpful. It was also hard to hear her as the background noise was very loud. When I asked if the office is accepting new patients her response was "for what". When i asked about obtaining my records the response was" we aint doing that cuz we don't have em". The attitude was disgusting. Needless to say I took my dental business elsewhere.

I always have an extremely positive experience at Summit Smiles. The dentist, and staff are such a pleasure to deal with in person, as well as on the phone. They truly care about all their patients. I highly recommend them for sure.
