My move in day was great. The office staff was ready and prepared to give me keys and a quick tour of my apartment. The unit was clean with a fresh coat of paint. Thus far Summit Trace has met all my expectations and I am very happy with my new home.

The sensor on the humidity detector stopped working correctly. I emailed for Maintenance and they came right out on the same day and fixed the switch. They also fixed a broken blind on the same day. I am delighted with their work and turn-around time. Thank you!

Extremely friendly neighbors and office staff. Moving was super quick and clean. It’s a great place to live.
