Management isn't even in erie. No maintenence. No property manager. Rent is close to if not the highest for a trailer park in erie. Major water leaks causing residents to pay an extreme amount to compensate for the water loss. No one is willing to talk about plans to fix the place but they've added demonstration trailers instead of fixing the major issues.
