Not one to normally write reviews, but this dealership was so amazing that I had to write a review. Picked up my eqs suv today and this dealership will provide you with the best price, customer service, and vehicle. My salesman Adam Mann was amazing from start to finish, never had such a seamless car purchasing experience. Dealerships and salesmen seem to be getting worst day by day, but the people here really have respect for their clients. Even if it is out of your area, try this place out before buying your next mercedes. Thank you Adam and Tom.

It is not a regular dealership at all pristine answerd my questions. Its great to know to make a appointment and he was honest with me so hey when people treat you well you treat them well and the gentelmen i have his card not on me but very helpful and i love the store i know they sell shoes bags highend impressive

I spoke to the srinter sales representative saturday regarding the sales.i told him i was getting corp code from nj and it would be ready in 2 weeks, ge said no problem as long as it till temp tags expired, i drove monday 3 hrs to get there and purchase the van, other associate comes and says they can’t do deal, they spent me 6 hrs just for nothing, not recommended,

This place doesn’t deserve 1 star. I called them 4 time to do service in my GLS 450 they never give me appointment. Plz don’t visit this place. Worst dealership in Carlisle pike.

It was such an easy process to trade in my old car and get my new one. Everyone was so accommodating- Perry, Andrew and Matt all worked together to make everything as easy as possible.

Probably the best Mercedes sales experience I’ve had. I got a great deal, with no hidden fees, and no pushy sales tactics to sell extras. Adam Mann was very responsive throughout the process, including handling most of the paperwork online, and making sure I received the right incentives. Tom Horvath handled the final “delivery” at the dealership, and did a fantastic job getting me set up in my new car.

This dealership could not be more friendly, knowledgeable or attentive. From initial phone calls from our home 7 hours away to onsite meeting, test drive and subsequent questions with Adam Mann and Glenn Shirk, it is quite possibly the best car dealership experience we have ever had.

The entire sale was so smooth! Thomas kept me informed throughout and prepared everything for the day of delivery. The documents were ready, the car was fully charged and ready to go. He was very patient and gave a detailed tutorial of the EQS.
