This place is a bit of a rip off unless they are running a special. They upcharge you for things that should be included in the already expensive tanning sessions.plan to walk out with a medium tan & $75-$200 out of pocket. I’m giving it 3 stars for cleanliness but this place is run by young staff (college kids) & not the most friendly or knowledgeable.you get a different story every time.and unless you’re pasty white the only tanning bed that leaves you with any colour at all is their Instant bed.improvements in management, staff & consistent pricing would do this place some favors!

I love this sun tan city! The girls at the front desk are always so nice, especially one of them I wish I knew her name lol! She is always so helpful, I love coming here for my spray tans!:)

This is a great little spot! Staff was competent. Used a low level tanning bed for a base before a trip. A nice bonus is there is parking around back

The staff at this location has been very helpful and friendly in explaining their services, specifically in my case, spray tanning. I like to go during their $5 tanning special.

Horrible customer service all they care about is Your money very pushy when selecting a package Will never use them again! Not to mention very RUDE!

Very clean location. The staff is wonderful and always welcoming. Sky, specifically makes you feel right at home always makes a point to ask how I’m doing & takes the time to go through both spray and UV options and can always answers questions & provide personal recommendations based on my skin type. I know I speak for many people when I say that Sky really maintains customer relationships as I’ve seen other customers walk in angry with off site billing issues & she rectifies the situation (this has happened multiple times) the products are also great and consistent promotions make you feel the value of the salon offerings.

Before attending the Ridge Ave, I attended the West Chester location which did a fabulous job. It was the first time ever having a spray tan experience and I was thrilled. Ridge Ave is just a little closer to where I live. I went there and asked to use my free tans and get the same tone I received before. However, the representative told me that's not possible and we'll do light and dark with bronzer. That's not what I received before and then she lied to me and said "ok, like before- no issue" Before I even got home, my face was spotty and I was sooooo dark is was absolutely terrible! I had spent 40 dollars on something I had to go home and completely scrub off. The next day, I was told by the West Chester branch that the representative had every access to my previous tans and free sprays. I would recommend going to West Chester, NOT Ridge Ave!

The location staff is courteous, friendly and professional. Facility is extremely clean and well maintained. The only downside is dealing with their offsite customer service and billing departments. Alot of billing errors and resistance to correct in a timely fashion. Have to follow up with several calls to get issues fixed.

Stephanie was super helpful and courteous. She was very knowledgable about the beds and tanning lotions and what options were best for me.

It's a basic tan studio, staff is oK. Can get busy sometimes, best time is morning and early afternoon for no wait time.

This place is the bomb. So many good specials, super clean, and a very friendly staff. Happy I found it!
