ITS A TRAP! Honestly YOU did not win anything. The "Event" and "Trip" you won is not even offered by them, it’s another company and it’s a paper with a code. If you see a group of people waiting, Go Away! You’re gonna sit for 1hour and listen about how you need to spend your money. All those PICTURES are the people that probably fell for it. They will make many offers that make no sense.

Just left this place. Don't waste your time! It's just like the extended car warranty people they never let up.if you to spend 30,000 then go right ahead.it's a scam in disguise.they don't like to take no for an answer they keep pushing different vacation packages that isn't worth they are asking.just take your free "vacation and concert tickets "and roll out.

We won a free vacation through Sundance and went to the monroeville office to pick it up. They gave us their pitch on their vacation packages. We are planners at heart and not very interested in the packages. They were very understanding and nice. We had a great experience and are looking forward to the free vacation we won!

Christian was a great, he helped for my wife and I get a VERY affordable price. We’re excited to start vacationing with Sundance!

Beware of this scam. I supposedly "won" a "7-night vacation getaway" at an event.obviously we were skeptical, but we already had planned to go down to Orlando for a spring trip and thought we could at least see what we could get out of this. We drove up to their office at Monroeville where we had to sit through a 30 minute "class" on the vacation packages they offer, still being reassured we would get our free trip voucher at the end of the "class". They push you hard to purchase their yearly travel packages which was super annoying, but we ended up getting our vouchers for a "free" hotel stay at a location of our choice, 2 "free" event tickets, and a gas gift card. I read mixed reviews online, but we decided to give this a shot down in Orlando. Needless to say the hotel was horrific, nothing like the photos online and we ended up having to leave and stay with a friend an hour away because the hotel was filthy and falling apart. We had submitted a request to use the 2 event tickets at Universal's Volcano Bay, but no one ever responded to our submission for the tickets, and I ended up calling customer service a few days before just to double check our confirmation only for them to tell us we couldn't use the event tickets during the days we were going (days were during the week, not even weekend days). This was a total waste of time and a total scam. Hoping to help someone else so they don't go through this.

Christian and Mike were very nice. I did not end up purchasing a package, but if you are looking to travel a lot, the numbers make sense especially compared to other agencies.

**Winner at a losing game** Received a call for what was an offer from a show attended. It was in exchange for listening to a presentation for the services offered by Sundance- wholesale vacations. The staff was friendly and displayed a very well put together presentation. HOWEVER, the product was just not for us. As a newly engaged couple, that travels about once year, wholesale vacation is not an area where we want to be spending money. The staff did NOT take no for answer. We were heckled for over 90 minutes with multiple different offers by various staff members despite say no (politely) on multiple different accounts. It was an uncomfortable experience that seemed never ending despite our firm disinterest. Had I known this, we would never would have gone for the presentation and scrapped the whole offer. I understand that in their business they have an objective to complete, but staff needs to understand that no means no, respectfully. After enduring pushy sales tactics we were encountered by one last sales person who we AGAIN had to tell no. They were then extremely rude prior to showing us the door. At any event, I will stay far away from a Sundance representative.

How They Make Revenue:
Follow a volume based business model in which aims to enroll you in membership BY ANY MEANS POSSIBLE. A hypothetical concept of wholesale vacationing in which means most consumers know by the term of "time share", even though they technically aren't one.

How They Get You:
Extremely Cheap Vacations. As in comparable values for vacations around $2,500 they "claim" they can reserve for you for a rate of anywhere from $200 to $400 for a full week.

But.in order to have the purchasing ability of those vacations.you need to pay a yearly membership fee of $580. You also need to enroll as a member in their Standard or Charter Vacation package which gets you 25 weeks or more of trips. So yeah.they give you a bunch of supplemental rinky-dink add -ons to make it worth your while.but their main scope of business is to entice you to book vacations you otherwise wouldn't have went on.

How Does It Breakdown:
What They Say: "We are saving you money because you won't have to spend the full amount on vacations. "

The Truth: One would never go on as many vacations as they throw in your face, even if hell freezes over. So the money they bring for vacations they know are not going to be utilized, they pay for other people's vacations. Essentially like an insurance company.

What it Actually Costs:
25 Vacations at 1 Vacation Per Year=25 Years
25 Years *580 Per Year=$14,500
Plus an Average of $300*25 Vacations=$7,500

For a Grand Total of $22,0000 (Depending on Your Rate of Travel). Just to go through Sundance.

Experience:
Was invited for an appointment with my fiance to go over the packages the company offers, as part of a prize in which she had won a free vacation. At the end of the meeting she did win a vacation with documented proof. However, the details to go along with what is included within the vacation and the support to book the vacation seem extremely inadequate.

The meeting itself took over 90 minutes, in which both my Fiance and I said flat out NO 4 times.and they still kept bamboozling. The expected cheaper and modified vacation packages were presented as thought to hopefully turn the tides of our decision. So essentially, assertive advertising at it's finest. I then told the last sales representative if he had a business card to promote the concept even though it's absolutely terrible, and he was extremely unprofessional because I called him out and was firm with my decision.

Had a wonderful experience! Everyone was very friendly and answered questions effectively! Lexi did a fabulous job! Highly recommend

My family and I met with both Nick and Mariah today. Nick gave an excellent presentation and I loved his shark story at the end. Mariah has such a magnetic energy; her smile lit up the room. She was so relatable, it felt like we were talking to a relative instead of a representative. That’s a true pleasure to have when dealing with a sales team; she deserves a raise! The entire team were extremely funny and friendly, they truly made us feel welcomed. If you’re looking for great deals on vacations, this is the place to be a member! Thank you all for you wonderful hospitality today.

We were pressured for over an hour by 3 different people to put down various amounts of money. Every time someone came over they kept lowering the price they wanted us to pay even though we kept telling them we ABSOLUTELY could not fit it into our budget, not that we wanted to spend $20,000 anyways. We left with our “free” vacation and “free” concert tickets. Don’t do this.

These people are thief’s take your money your cash then get you in to a 8000 loan or even sometimes more depending on package they tell u that u can opt out but can’t free trip is a lie never got my free trip all I got was debt in my credit stay away I still don’t know anyone who when on any of there trips. Is a car buying experience with out buying a car and leaving empty handed with the thought that you have trips that you don’t

Everyone was great! They did a fantastic job at explaining how everything works. Christian did an amazing job at the end. I highly recommend giving them a shot, you won’t regret it!
