1I worked for sunglass but for over 13 years and I have never greeted customers the way my husband and I were greeted. Much less helped anyone in the matter that we were treated. We walked in to ask for an adjustment and the the associate rolled her eyes just nodded her head as if we were bothering her. I have since left and still frequent sunglass hut, always leaving a significant Onesight donation because of how much that non-profit means to me and the sunglass hut family I am still connected to. 10 out of 10 do not recommend walking into a place like this. Upon walking in she had customers that she was not even attending to, she was just propped up against the cash wrap. Worst customer service, what a shame to have people like that work in a place that has customers from all over the world. This is what they are confronted with.
