Sunrise Storage - Orwigsburg

Went to look at different size units, first unit was too small, 2nd unit was a little too big, but price was fair. Went with larger unit. Attendant was very helpful, explained hours and procedures. Unit was clean and accessible. Happy all the way around!

I got everything set up online and then got a phone call within 10-15 minutes to see if I needed anything else and she put my lock and welcome package inside my storage she was excellent and might be getting another one soon.

The lady that works there is very nice and helpful. Never had any problems. I like how it's locked up for security and they have cameras. You need a code to get in the gate.

Amy Farr was a great manager that helped me get into an awesome unit. She was very helpful & knowledgeable.

Was greeted but Amy in the office and she let me go and measure one of the 10x10 units but it didn’t quite measure 10’ deep so then she said there is one opening up today and I will let you know if it will be available today or Thursday. She then called me and let me know the unit was cleared out and I could get it online tonight. The experience was great and security is really impressive compared to most storage units but that comes with a little more of a price which is expected. They have cameras and a fence around the entire property so you know if your stuff is a little more safe then just locked in the unit out in the open.

Staff is extremely helpful and polite. This made our experience very pleasant. The facility is secure and the surveillance cameras are up to date and add to the safety and accountability of the facility.

The workers were kind, knowledgeable, and really nice. I called two months back about a storage unit and I was on a waiting list. They called a soon as it was my turn on the list.

Storage unit was very clean and in great shape. Setting up and payment is made very convenient for clients.
