This used to be my favorite place to go but after today it’s not anymore. They shouldn’t just hire anyone, they should train their employees in how to treat customers as well. Today I went with my mother and brother and everything was going well until it was time to pay. I gave the lady a 50 dollar bill and she gave me 2 dollars back when the total was 18 dollars so she thought I gave her a 20 dollar bill. I’ve worked in customer service before so I know how it feels we all make mistakes but the thing that got me mad is when I told her I gave her a 50 dollar bill she got mad and said I gave her a 20, she wasn’t gonna check or anything she was completely sure I gave her a 20 which was not true. I kept telling her and they said I had to buy something else in order for them to check so yeah I wanted my money back. The lady kept saying it’s a 20 in an angry way. When I’m the one that’s supposed to be mad here not her, that’s why I said “they should train their employees on how to treat people or at least apologize, this lady didn’t even apologize after she checked and saw that it was in fact a 50 dollar bill. And again what got me mad was the lady’s attitude. Definitely not going back to this place.

I came from Lancaster since Lancaster doesn’t have any mangonada shop and it was very much worth it. She was very kind and caring and gave the best customer service. I highly recommend this place.

Great place for ice cream, and Mexican antojitos highly recommend it. Staff is awesome. I come here all the time all the way from Allentown.

We stop by whenever we are in the area. Good mangonadas and ice cream. I'm going to try some other things next time.

Best Ice Cream in Reading PA! The staff is super friendly and also bilingual Spanish/English. They have a variety menu: ice cream, elotes / maiz (corn on the cob), fresh fruit, 100% recommended!

I came in with my sons to try this different kind of ice cream, I came in to all these flavors and wonderful customer service. I will be returning. Very informative on the flavors and juices the fruit punch was delicious. I bought so many snacks, love trying different foods and ingredients. Check this place out. Right off the 11th street exit area.

Customer service is typically good. The flavors are good and it’s nice they have a variety of options. The crepes were not a favorite, but diablitos, mangonadas, dorilocos, etc.were yummy!

I was there for 15 minutes, I grabbed the number that they say so that they can attend to one, people after me arrived and they attended to them without a number. Definitely a waste of time. We left after being there without anyone serving us. I would definitely not waste my time to go back, we were there 15 min we took a # like they stated. People come in after us we're getting orders in an we still didn't even make it to the counter to get our orders. Forks. Definitely not going back! At that the place wasn't even full of customers.
