Sunshine Pediatric Dentistry, Lititz PA

Completed a health history one hour before my daughter’s appointment and by the time I arrived they already had spoken to her doctor and cardiologist for a medical clearance! Very impressed with that level of detail and in such a quick manner. Everyone was very friendly and efficient. Happy to recommend this office.

Sunshine Dentistry is top notch! Super clean environment and friendly staff. Hygienists and Drs are wonderful, informative, and supportive. Today was the first visit we had with Dr. Kim and she was nothing short of amazing. Her kind and calm demeanor helped to calm my typically anxious kiddo, and both she and Miss Trish helped to encourage him to work a few things for his teeth. They truly care about each child and listen to any questions or concerns you may have! We LOVE our visits at Sunshine!

We had a great visit with our son Mason today! He got a little anxious with a procedure and they were quick to stop, adjust, and work to ensure he was comfortable before they proceeded. The teamwork to get the job done and make us comfortable was so appreciated!

We had 2 previous visits. Today's visit not so good. Dentist walked out of the room after injection of numbing medicine in a very unprofessional manner. The doctor injected medicine in my son's gum line without nurse present on other side which is what led me to ask her to stop. My son was crying and gasping due to no one on other side for suction and she said it's due to anxieties of the procedure and when I said no, my son has had extreme trauma and was having issues due to her hurried and sped up procedure. She then in an aggressive manner ripped her gloves off and asked me if I wanted her to finish the procedure and my reply was not all kids are the same and some have anxieties due to past trauma and that patience may be needed and she just walks out of the room. Get it together, slow down, learn how to have bed side manners and apologize instead of making excuses.

Absolutely wonderful as always! Staff is amazing. Both of my kids (10,5) actually enjoy going to the dentist. My 5 year old could not stop smiling the whole time.

Sunshine Pediatric Dentistry has the kindest and most accommodating staff. They are exceptional with children and provide a very positive experience. I have nothing but good things to say.

I love sunshine pediatrics. They are all wonderful there. My daughter Ioves watching the movies they play while they're working.
I am very sad though that come the new year they won't take my insurance, and so we will have to leave. I would highly recommend them though!

My 2 year old daughter is not a fan of brushing her teeth, so I was very nervous for her first experience at the dentist. All of my anxiety was completely erased once we walked into the office. It turned out one of her favorite movies was playing in the waiting room, which got her so excited. All of the staff were beyond friendly and made the dental experience absolutely wonderful for her. Going home with a toothbrush of one of her favorite characters was also such a treat! Thank you for making this experience enjoyable and making it so she can’t wait to come back to the dentist.

As this was my first visit ever here, I'd have to say this is hands down my favorite Dental practice! This is a very accommodating place of service. From the initial phone call to signing out I was greeted with great respect and diligence. It seemed to me that everyone that worked here felt they had a purpose and enjoyed working! We were not rushed through and they were able to answer all my questions. My 3 year old's hygienist was extremely sweet and personable and made my daughter feel so comfortable. Dr. Ong was diligent and caring when she walked me through the dental plan for my daughter and even put into consideration some of my concerns. I HIGHLY recommend this dental practice and feel at peace knowing my daughter is in good hands. It takes a team to run a wonderful practice so Great job to Management and the team!

My child has just had his new patient visit, but I can already tell I’ve found the best pediatric dental practice around. The office is clean, and all the staff are friendly and professional. My child was asked for permission and shown what to expect every step of the way, which is so important. The practice ran like a well-oiled machine, and we didn’t have to wait at all. I absolutely trust this team and Dr. Ong to care for my child’s dental and overall health. After having been to two other local practices first, which were more focused on getting in as many kids as possible per day, I’m beyond thrilled to have found Sunshine, which clearly prioritizes creating an exemplary experience for each patient to lay the foundation for a lifetime of good oral health. Sunshine pediatrics is a big family, we are fairly new in town and they have been so welcoming and helpful in every way! We love all the doctors there and Leigh Ann is the best person ever! She really goes above and beyond to help your family navigate through insurance and can answer just about any questions! I personally I’m so thankful for her! I know I’ll be sad when my son can’t no longer go there.

My son’s first time at a dentist. I was terrified because he hates anyone being near let alone in his mouth even at doctors. They were ver nice and gentle and PATIENT! Love it will continue to bring him here
