15 There was bugs everywhere. They will
not give a refund nor even attempt to look at the room. This establishment was the most disgusting places i’ve ever stayed in. I will be contacting the heath department to visit this establishment.
Horrible, saw 2 bedbugs in the early morning, asked for a refund in the morning, the desk manager hid from me for 30 minutes, called Allentown health department, still awaiting a full refind, don't patronize this business!
It was dirty it was roaches everywhere couldn't sleep roaches al in the bed I even took pictures of the roaches and they nests
I stayed in the room with the Jacuzzi in it.ok the first thing I noticed was the dresser where missing drawers and 2 ripped cushion chairs. But the best thing was finding 2 litte empty bags with white powder left there.it's definitely not a family friendly place you should ever bring a family to or even a pet.
I would have given them a -1. Staff won't acknowledge us when we first came. We waited about 7 minutes and noone else was in the place, smokers smell and roaches were everywhere when l hot up to use the bathroom at nite.
My husband and I were only checked in for about 20 minutes before we checked out and got another room elsewhere. The young lady at the front desk was very kind, however, the room was filthy. We found several cockroaches immediately upon entering, cigarette burns on the blankets, stains on the pillows. It is a very cheap room, I understand that, but basic hygienic practices should be maintained. We decided to leave, I notified the front desk and they very kindly checked us out and gave us a refund, so for that I thank them, though we will not be returning.
This place was horrible. It smelled really bad.smelled like mold. I was in room 137. I asked for some air freshener but the guy only had a little bit left and it didn't do any good. Also I asked him if I could chance to another room he said no.not after 20 minutes
Unique location close to ABE Airport but not directly AT the airport. Undergoing some remodeling of some rooms. Our room was very nice. Front desk personnel were extremely professional and courteous!
I had previously stayed at this hotel in early 2020, and it was terrible. I recently have stayed and things have improved drastically! I spoke with the maintenance supervisor, Jerry about an issue with my blanket. He brought me brand new blankets and pillow and sheets. I forever grateful for him! I have seen marked improvements over past year or so, and the maintenance supervisor seems to be the most professional and kindest of all! Thank you very much Jerry for rectifying my issues! You deserve a raise! ️
We didn't even stay the night. Booked room wasn't available. We were put in a smoking room that didn't match the original bed choice. Room was filthy. Crust on the plumbing. Burn holes in the comforter. When we tried to check out after an hour there was nobody to be found at the front desk.
Our stay was absolutely horrible. The entire motel reeked of cigarette smoke, the rooms were dirty with some lights not functioning properly, a few rooms had loose toilet seats, the bedsheets had holes and were torn up. We found cockroaches running around the rooms, some dead ones near the beds themselves. When we asked for additional bedsheets, we weren't given any despite there being many freshly washed ones in the laundry room who's door was left open. Our stay was terrible—some people had to sleep in their cars because they couldn't stand the smell of the cigarettes and felt that the environment was too unsanitary. Above all, when we tried reasoning with staff, their responses were that they couldn't do anything about it.
I went to Super 8 on 10/8/22. It was horrible. When we opened room #118, the strong stinky smell flew to us. The wall had allover yellow stains. The ceiling had scary things hanging as if we were in a haunted house. The comforter had hole on it. We asked to change room and Roy said no. He was very rude. We left. It was SUPER STINK AND SUPER POOR CONDITION!
The gentleman at the front desk was very accommodating and helpful. There is shopping/food nearby so the location is horrible. The room however was gross.the smell, the toilet seat was broken, the shower had brown and black stains all over, cigarette burns on the beds.not what I would expect for paying over $100
At first I was gonna give this place 3 stars. It wasn't spotless clean, but it was ok for the money, but then I saw at least 2 different roaches. Also they don't provide you with lotion. I wouldn't stay here again.
This hotel was not a good stay the blankets had cigarette holes we had to ask for extra sheets towels the room smelled of cigarettes we use the room we went to our event later on return roaches were crawling all over our luggage all over the walls it was very hard to sleep we had to sleep with the lights on I don't recommend this hotel until they do some exterminating and renovating and Deep cleaning no good very disappointed. I would like my money back I'm going to call corporate and push this thing cuz this is getting out of hand Wyndham got the names all over these hotels and these hotel owners are not carrying out expectations for the customers
