Super 8 by Wyndham Chambersburg I-81

Desk person was extremely pleasant at check in. The carpet in the room had a lot of stains, which I only photographed to prevent additional charges since I had a small dog. The breakfast was horrendous - bread dry cereal no toaster tiny muffins but the coffee was good.

Came here to stay and see my sister after amfew years pictures are a lie, holes in the walls and ceiling, rug is nasty bathroom toilet is dirty hair everywhere, hope there isnt bed bugs because it feels like there would be i give it 2 stars for the clean microwave, i looked in the lobby draws for a spoon and nasty food crumbs everywhere, under cabinets old tissue dirty, my brother in law paid otherwise id ask for my money back, nasty nasty pla domt do if if your coming with family

They can't wait for you to get out of the room. Housekeeping knocked and open the door at 1030a, we left at check out at 11a.originally asked for handicapped room, we were told none were left. Elevator not working properly. Breakfast constited of coffee, tea, toast, little bitty muffins and cereal. I don't call that breafast!

Walked into a very old motel, there was no AC in the lobby or hallways it was very hot in there, the air in the building reeked of Chlorine. The room was old fashioned and did not have a coffee maker in it, (never had that happen in any other motel) The breakfast was poor to say the least, consisted, of small apples very stale dry cereal, brown stuff that I believe they called coffee. Oh yes can't forget the dry toast and sour milk. I walked out and went to the McDonald's next to them The last time I had a problem was with a Wyndham hotel in Ormand Beach Fl. That place has been closed down. Do yourself a favor there is another one across the street from that place go there and save yourself from that horror. Oh one last thing I paid for 2 people there was one set of towels just for 1 person. In the morning there was a man behind the desk yelling at a woman, I believe it was his wife, nice way to go buddy

I have been staying at the super 8 in Chambersburg for sometime now for work. Have had a great experience with everything and everyone. At the front desk Stone is very very helpful and accommodating as while as being very friendly would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a one night or long term.

It served our needs well. We have a hard time finding accomodations that have true ADA compliant wheelchair access rooms. That are also pet friendly.

We arrived to a lobby that had bumps in the carpet, and a strange smell. Our room had black spots on the floor, blood on the wall and no smoke detector along with a mold and other unclean issues. When reported to the front desk we were told it's OK. The system is broken for the whole hotel, have a nice day

Came here because my son and I sold our home to buy another and our home was not ready yet. Our stay here was fabulous the staff are so caring, helpful and lovable. Our room was super clean and the beds were comfortable, every morning we would wake up feeling refreshed and energized for the day. The pool and hot tub felt amazing and super clean. The main lobby was always clean. I would highly recommend my family and friends and furry friends to come here. Because I know if I need to stay at another hotel it will be this one. I was here for almost 2 weeks and it is gonna be hard for us to leave. The 3 loving people at the main lobby was so kind to us I want to take time to thank all the staff here at the super 8 Windom in chambsburg. You all rock.

Wouldn't let my horse stay there! Plugged up toilet, had to move to another room because the A/C wouldn't work, says truck parking but there wasn't

Exceedingly poor service. Charged for two rooms, despite providing more than 24 hours notice of inability to travel due to Covid infection.

Wonderful location, wonderful staff. The staff was very attentive to our needs and very accommodating to us and our children. Great place to stay.

Above expectations. Have stayed in hotels rated in much higher stars that left more to be expected. Quiet and friendly. I definitely will stay here again.

They were horrible. Paid cash for my room, but they kept running my card for that amount plus individual nights. She banned me from the hotel after calling her out for trying to defraud me. Called me names. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Was not sure after reading reviews about this hotel. But we had a good experience. Stone was very helpful, kind and courtesy. If we had to come back to this area, we would book here again.

This is the best Wyndham I have stayed at so far. The staff is very friendly and the pool and hot tub are always clean. The rooms are clean and spacious and I've had no problems at the Super 8 in Chambersburg.
