4Absolutely clean! Rooms are huge and bed are comfortable, also breakfast is very good with so many options!
I called the front desk to complain that the kids who stay in my upstairs make unbearable noise by running and jumping at 11: 00pm. The front desk told me that he has called the noisy guest but if they don’t listen he can not do anything. He suggested me to understand that everyone has kids and kids can be noisy. Seriously? Literarily the worse hotel experience ever….
Fantastic! I recently had to house my elderly mother here for a few days, after her home HVAC unit quit working on the coldest day of the year. Her completely accessible, including roll in shower, was immaculate and easy to move about in. The staff/owners are very friendly, including anyone we met on the guest floors. She was even thrilled to find the large variety of television channels, including a few Hallmark channels she doesn't get at home.lol She hadn't had breakfast when I left, but the area is clean, organized and spacious.
It looks small on the outside but is spacious and comfortable on the inside. Completely updated with a modern feel
I would absolutely recommend this hotel to any guests we have coming to visit the Hershey area, as it is convenient to all the Hershey attractions.
A very nice, clean, and comfortable place to stay. Location is very convenient and closely located to the Hershey attractions.
The room was very spacious, furnished with comfortable items. The bed and the pillows were in good shape. The room is well stocked with basic ammenities including fridge, TV Microwave Owen, coffee maker. The closet is big with a lot of space.
The bathroom was very spacious and the fittings were in good shape. The shower pressure could be better.
Breakfast was good for the level of the property. A lot of coffee options as well Juices. Pancake maker was also there.
The staff is very cooperative, polite, and helpful.
Plenty of parking spots, both covered and uncovered free parking is available for the guests.
All in all this property provides best value for the amount of services being offerred.
