Super 8 by Wyndham Johnstown

Staff friendly. Room was clean. Bed comfortable. Only complaint was the light for the parking lot was bright even with current closed. Breakfast was good. Make your self waffles, granola bars, fresh fruit, oatmeal, tea and coffee.

The motel is not stylish. It's not supposed to be. It's clean, the bed is comfortable, and the shower had hot water quickly.

Basic hotel experience. I will add that they were able to accommodate my needs by adding an additional day, on a momenta notice. Thank You

If a hotel room is clean, I’m always a 5 out of 5 stars. This was not. The bathroom had hair and dirt on the toilet and floor. I was too grossed out to do much more inspecting. We just had to get through a softball tournament. We weren’t in our hotel except to sleep and our bed was comfortable. The breakfast was lame and all I wanted was a hot pot of coffee and they had a coffee dispenser. It didn’t taste good at all. The cleaning was the deal breaker for me.

The staff were friendly, the ladies were especially eas to talk to. However there were boogers on the wall, the fridge was dirty and sticky, there were crumbs on the floor, hair in the tub counter and sink. And they don't clean daily, so you have to take your trash out and ask for new coffee and cups every morning. I was a maid for years and we would have never been able to leave the room looking like it was when we checked in. Breakfast was waffles or oatmeal, fruit, juice, or coffee! It is close to Walmart and other shops, and easy to get to from the interstate. There is no pool though either so if you have kids who love to swim or love to swim yourself, you'll be disappointed. So there are negatives but positives too.

I was completely satisfied with my stay at this location. I can honestly say the upgrades were right on point. This was definitely not what I expected from what I had scene in the past. I will add this chain of hotels to my list of options as I travel from now on.

No covered drive up. Looks nice from the outside, but it is an older building that they've tried to make look nice with paint inside and out. It smells musty and old in the hallways. The room was about 75% clean. Found hair in the blankets and hair and dirt on the bathroom floor. Found dirt and a bug in the sheets. The rooms are supposed to be non- smoking, but saw a lady smoking in her room and could smell it in the hallway. Couldn't have coffee in my room because the coffee lids were stained with coffee. The ice bucket still had water in it. Breakfast was just juice and waffles and toast. There was also someone smoking weed just outside the rear door, which is always open with no locks. Some semi-sketchy people around. All in all, I wouldn't stay here again or bring my family to stay here again.

It was the worst experience I’ve ever had! I rented a room through booking, well when I got on site I ended up having to pay cash. So thinking I could get my refund through booking the manager says I didn’t pay cash! I’m sorry but if you have to do that to people you don’t deserve to have a business. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

After a very lengthy check in process, the room we booked and were given the key to was not cleaned and turned around for new guests. We went back out to the front desk and were given a new room with 2 double beds. As we were in town to attend a viewing/funeral, we just left our belongings in the new room. We arrived back to the hotel late and found the TV didn’t work and the toilet leaked. We decided to just get through the night and checked out first thing in the morning and went to a different hotel for the remainder of our stay. Very disappointed.

This place is disgusting, the rooms are full of roaches and when I let them know they called the cops on me because I wanted a refund. Do not stay here it's the worst hotel in johnstown

Good value for the money. If you're looking for a decent, affordable place to stay, the Super 8 by Windham Johnstown is great. It hasn't seen a renovation or upgrade in quite a while, but is safe and pleasant. They accommodate pets for $15/night extra. Breakfast is minimal, but does include a single waffle maker, always a fun on-the-road treat.

Place is filthy they treat staff terribly and if you quit due to work conditions they won't pay you just keep giving you the runaround and it was a person I know very well still hasn't received a check after several weeks

I want to give a shout out to the owner Vijay and customer service rep. Kevin. They were both very accommodating to our families needs. Also, the rooms were very clean and the sheets were clean also. Plus housekeeping was very nice too! I would most definitely recommend this hotel. Furthermore, my family and I will be returning again! They made us feel like like vip! God Bless them!

This motel is under new management for several years and any prior reputation should be dispelled. Service was amazing and my stay was clean, very nicely/newly decorated and quiet. Slept great!

Having stayed at tis location several time's I knew what to expect and was not disappointed.

They give you misleading information on the prices of the hotel when you call and then when you go in to reserve the room they tack on about another $100, but that's only for a deposit. Allegedly you get that back if the room is still in good condition when you leave!

The place was nice but we did not get clean towels daily would I go back yes but then I would ask for extra towels on the day of checking
