SUPER VACUUMS - Pittsburgh, Bethel Park PA

A HUGE shout out to the great guys at Super Vacuums in BP! I had an older Oreck that needed some TLC but I wasn't sure how much $ I wanted to put into it. I had called David's vacuum (formerly The Oreck Store) and they wanted $80 for a tune up and to tell me if it needed anything else.if it needed a new roller brush, it would have been an additional $60.) Instead I went to Super Vacuum and I'm so glad I did. They tuned it up for $29.95 (with a coupon) and cleared a clog, enzyme washed the bag, replaced the paper bag and put on a new roller brush. I paid a TOTAL of $80. The vacuum is amazing and like new! The guys were super sweet, efficient and knowledgeable. They were also very kind and tolerant of my daughter with SN who was with me. Super Vacuums now has a customer for life!

I really loved working with Ray. He was not high pressure sales. He demonstrated the product and then told me if I would like just do my own research and come back. Which I did and I bought the Riccar vacuum. This vacuum is Made in the USA which is very important to me.
Ray was very generous with his time and he had great knowledge of the product.
I look forward to being serviced in the next 7 years through this company.

5 stars. I had a 50 year hose for my Kenmore wall vac that needed replaced. I asked my husband (he's retired, I work) to take the hose to Super Vacuums in Bethel Park to see if they had anything that would match up. Well, instead my husband ordered a hose online. Of course it did not fit, too many changes and updates to sizes over the 50 years. I took the old hose and the new hose to Super Vacuums. They were able to source the correct size ends for the old hose and they attached them to the (overpriced) online hose. Great service.

Glowing praise! My Hoover died while within warranty; Ray was able to get me a brand new replacement within a week and free of charge! Can it get any better?

Great guys who really care about their products and their customers. I bought a Miele C1 Compact and couldn't be happier! I'll definitely be going back here for all of my vacuuming needs.

We needed a new vacuum cleaner and decided to buy from a local business. This was to support the local economy and so I would be able to go to them with questions and for product support and repair. I chose Supervacuums. After speaking with someone on the website, I called Ray at the Bethel Park store. I spoke with them about features I wanted and about the price range and then I listened to their recommendations. I like that their website shows prices and availability, but discuss prices and availability with them; you might get a better price than is shown on the website and a product might be available to them even if the website says it is out-of-stock. You can go into the store to look at the vacuum cleaners and to try them out. We did not go into the store, because of the pandemic, and conducted our business transaction by phone. They shipped our vacuum cleaner to us and it arrived very quickly. We will be able to bring our vacuum cleaner to them before the one-year warranty expires and they will give it a tune-up. We were very satisfied in every way! Thank you, Ray, and Supervacuums!

I want to give more than 5 stars! I recently brought in my Sebo vacuum for repair and not only were they very professional, but they were extremely kind and honest. We will be using SUPER VACUUMS in Bethel Park for all future needs.

Great experience! Love to be able to go to a store and look at products and test them out. Ray was really helpful in helping us choose a replacement for our Dyson. Love that our new vacuum is made in the USA! Shop also offers warranty and repair services. Great local small business.

Bought a Home Care Miele canister vacuum cleaner. Had researched extensively and discovered there are two lines of Miele vacuums, the Home Care (made in Germany) and sold at vacuum stores and Rollier hardware, Mt. Lebanon and the appliance/big box store line (made in Asia).
We had a very good demonstration, by Ray, of the Home Care Plus C3 complete vacuum, that we were interested in, and purchased that day. We asked about an additional accessory and they included it and bags/filters into the purchase of vacuum.
I really like the vacuum! Would highly recommend buying from this small business! They repair as well and threw in cleaning service for several years (yearly).

I bought a Riccar vacuum 8 years ago from this store. Riccar is made in the USA and this is important to me. Yesterday is the FIRST time I took my vacuum back to the store to have a minor problem checked. Ray, the manager, was knowledgeable, efficient, kind and personable.
He diagnosed and fixed the problem in a few minutes. I was very impressed that Ray did not suggest any unnecessary services/maintenance—he just got to it and provided the necessary roller brush and belt. Great service and customer care. Thank you Ray.

So I'm super pumped to go here, unfortunately it's Sunday and will be waiting at the doors come first thing tomorrow morning! I bought my very first Riccar vacuum today from this store and it’s fantastic! I believe Ray was my salesman and he was terrific, gave me the demonstration and I was sold! I’ve used it all over my house and already I can tell the difference in the air quality! Love it! 10/10, will definitely recommend!
