Supercuts, Gibsonia PA

Was able to schedule an appointment and the stylist who cut my hair was wonderful. She did a tremendous job and was very personable.

I've been to many Supercuts across Pittsburgh and I have to say that the north hills shops are by far the best. The stylists are all nice and friendly. I've always enjoyed chatting with them and they have always done a good job on my hair. I will continue to go back.

I had the most lovely experience at this supercuts! The stylists are absolutely amazing! I trust each and every one of them with my hair. I continue to send all my friends and family there! They all are highly educated in the beauty world! I have seen them deal with some terrible entitled clients while waiting and they were able to provide excellent costumer service even while being spoken down to. Love them!:)

Because of negative experiences with this Supercuts in the past due to inexperienced and distracted stylists, I had been avoiding this location for the last year. Much to my regret, I decided to give them another chance today and took my 18-month old in for a haircut. Despite my clearly communicating that I wanted a neck trim only and to get a few longer hairs out of her eyes, my child ended up with a large chunk taken out of one side. Instead of apologizing and offering some recommendations on how to improve the cut or at least attempt to make it look intentional, the stylist - clearly annoyed that I was concerned - just kept repeating, "It's a baby, " as in, who cares if I messed up her hair. My experiences with this location had already been mixed. At this point, they've officially lost a customer to the variety of competitors nearby, who have more competent stylists and much better customer service.

I've been going here for several years. As a one time stylist myself and having horrible hair to cut, I know a good and bad haircut.
My stylest of choice is Casey, who does an amazing cut, but have rarely had a bad cut from the others. They do a nice job of training, as most of the stylists are proficient in styles and techniches.

It's not bad for the money but you need to know what you want before you go in. I wouldn't give them too much leeway. Waxing was good though and a good dea.

I went in to get my eyebrows waxed for my senior pictures and the lady completely took off a big chunk of my right eyebrow. Not happy. AT ALL.absolutely rediculous.

They do a great job cutting my son's hair. They are very nice and quick! The manager Jenn is amazing with men's scissor cuts. The salon is always very clean when I go.
