Great for a quick blow out or an amazing new hair style. I used to spend 3 or 4 times as much at the Bell tower and still leave unhappy.

They take too long and you’ll find yourself waiting for an hour because they just want to talk to eachother instead of actually doing their job. And then I come in today and she says “I’ll be with you in a minute” and then comes over 5 minutes later and tells another lady to come up? What kind of service is that I already waited like 30 minutes

I arrived 15 minutes early for a 12 noon appointment scheduled by someone else with broken English.waited 1 hour.saw six other customers come and go while waiting for Alexandria. She was supposed to leave one curl length on top and short and tight on the sides pretty much gave me a $5 haircut for $20 and I even gave a $9 tip prior to getting a good look. Needless to say they will never see me again
