Made an appointment.
Got there about 5 minutes before my appointment.
The lady acknowledged me and the fact that I had an appointment.
She was finishing up someone.
There was another guy in there and when the guy she finished was done, she took the other guy who was sitting there.
What's the point in making an appointment for a specific time?

I had Karah as a hair stylist. She gave me a color and cut. She was the absolute sweetest person. I 100% recommend her. She gave great customer service experience, and we had a great conversation. She really listens to what you want.

I got mad and shaved my head with Clippers. I didn't leave much to work with. I went in at 9 am and not only did Ashley fix my big mess she gave me a style that is super cute! I will keep going back for Ashley. She is amazing, friendly and talented! Thank you so much for your help. I feel amazing

First of all, everyone was professional. I felt like i was on the block the whole time Marcus cut my hair. Followed instructions, asked for input. I will definitely go here from now on, and paid less than 30$ with a hot towel treatment included! Cant beat that at a regular baber!

Called and asked if they could by chance braid my daughters hair. She stated we don't do that here.little do you know you have done it before

My hair is ugly and uneven. Don't go here, I thought it would be fine my hairstylist was nice but he did a terrible job. If I could give this zero stars I would.

Terrible experience! The lady that cut my hair did a terrible job worse hair cut I’ve ever gotten in my life!
She “washed” my hair and it still felt dirty afterwards. The hair cut is uneven I asked for my hair to be flat ironed and she didn’t want to because she had another customer coming in in a couple mins. If I am paying for service I expect you to do what I asked for. I don’t care that you had another customer coming. You could have gave me a discount for not finishing the job how I wanted it. And she’s lucky to have gotten a $5 tip too.
Don’t recommend anyone to go to this place, they do things in a rush.

Blaze is wonderful! She did a great job and I'm very happy that I decided to drop in and take a chance with a new stylist. She is a very sweet lady!

I am in the process of trying to bring my hair back to life. In the past I have bleached and box dyed my hair on my own and killed it. I went to supercuts today for a trim and Rosalyn took care of me! She cut a few inches off, trimmed up my bangs and gave me layers (something I haven't done in a long while). But I am in love with the way she did mine. You can tell she cares about what she does and she takes her time. I would most definitely recommend her and go back to her!

The hairstylist named Angie did a horrible job on my hair. She was in such a rush to leave because her shift was finishing up. She washed my hair and used a blower to air dry it (the air was room temp not even hot) and my ends were horrible looking because of it (I cut my ends the weekend prior there). She got upset because I told her it looked really bad, dry and frizzy and she put products on my hair to disguise it and make it "look better" after I told her my hair was oily. The other stylist named Jaii noticed and offered to wash my hair again and blow it out the correct way and she did such an amazing job! Thank goodness she was there because I was going to go home and do my own hair after leaving this place and not come back. What was supposed to be half hour turned into a 2 hour wait, what a waste of my time. But Jaii was phenomenal! Thank you!

I stopped in for a hair wash after a hospital stay.
Dara did the wash and the comb out into a regular braid. I would normally just get a pony tail tie back, but was happily surprised at the offer. I can no longer braid my own hair and her offer without a prompt made me smile inside.

Only been to this location twice ever. When I last went here, the stylist was due to leave in 10 minutes, but still took me and stayed 20 minutes past her shift to make sure my hair was no longer quarantine-looking. Thanks Blaise! (I didnt quite get your name, sorry)
