Hair Salon Supercuts reviews
14Got the cut and color.exactly what I asked for. Brandy is a great Stylist.ask for her.you won't be disappointed!
I loved every haircut I got from this place, until today I told the lady just whatever you do hardly take anything off the top but in typical barber fashion they cut it as short as they could. I refuse to take pics of this monstrosity
The colonial park salon is awesome! Super friendly and customer service oriented, always enjoy taking my son there and getting my haircut as well! Definitely 5 to Annette for a great cut every time, very personable and always greats me a smile and some conversation!
Friendly service and most importantly took a fine and thinning hair mess and turned it into a beautiful short hairstyle. I thought I'd never go so short but now I'm loving it. Thank you.
My partner called ahead to reserve a time. Wait was about 5 minutes. You may request a specific person. David, an experienced barber, used scissors instead of just clippers. He gives a very good hair cut. Senior discount or military discount. Receive coupons by email in addition varies from $2 to $4. Finish up with a hot towel. Hair products for sale.
I have not had my hair cut in years. Showed the guy the picture of the cut I wanted. He said he could do it. Not only did he not do the cut but it is crooked and now I have to take time to find someone to fix this.
She did a great job with my wash and cut. However I noticed towards the end of the haircut that she was throwing the scissors, brushes and combs ect.back into the drawer with all the other supplies without cleaning them. There was not even a container of cleaner on the station. I now have a fungal infection on my scalp.
Never on time when you scheduled it, and they talk too much just cut the hair and keep it moving
Charged me $55 for a shampoo, trim of 1 inch, and to blow it dry. Pretty sure I was overcharged. Won't be going back.
It's 6.50pm, says close at 8pm but the person who does the hair cut declined saying done for today and come tomorrow.
I went here for a hair wash after surgery. They were very pleasant and kind. So I went back for a haircut. She didn't wash it or add any products to my hair. She just wet it and cut off the bottom. No style at all. She would not blow dry or style it. Worst hair experience ever. I went home with greasy hair! She spent 5 minutes on me and charged me $20 plus tip. I will never go back. Horrible customer service. When I said something, she became nasty and aggressive. I will never go back.
Loved getting my "covid" cut here. I never know what I want my hair to look like but more often than not the stylist does a phenomenal job. However there are less than stellar employees doing cuts who can't follow simple wants and needs that I require in order to remain anxious free when dealing with my thick hair. Some leave the top of my heads hair weighed down when I go in to the appointment saying I need this weight removed from these few conjoined areas in order for my hair to not be so bland. I need play with my hair not a straight across the bottom job with out layers or razor cutting. So until this listening and following basic instructions is more widely taken care of on a severely more consistent outcome, unfortunately I won't be coming back for a while and going to try my hand at a more upscale salon who don't make me feel rushed to get out of their chair before im fully satisfied with the way they are cutting my hair. Artisan has won me over thus far and my new stylist owned and operated his own salon and spa for years before which I loved. Thank God I found my guy just by chance at artisan on Linglestown road. They speak to me as if I matter and not just a nuisance for even calling to check their limited availability at super cuts.
Men should go to supercuts and shouldn't market towards women. I don't see them as a top contender to be labeled as a good salon to try if you're new to the area.
I'm a local and I've found smaller local shops have better experiences than the chain gang cookie cutter stores
Made an appointment for a shampoo and haircut. Showed up for the appt and no one knew I was coming. Staff treated me like an inconvenience but still allowed me to receive my hair styling needs however I won't be going back.
I had a haircut by Annette today and it was very pleasant. It was great to just have a fun conversation with someone. She listened to what I wanted and gave me just what I wanted. I laughed and got a wonderful haircut. Her work station was amazingly clean. Very impressive. I will continue to go back.
