My oldest has a difficult head of hair with crazy cowlicks, etc. He had many bad haircuts UNTIL we found Rhonda at Supercuts and I have brought my kids here ever since. She is AMAZING and we love her! Both my boys get the best haircuts. Thank you, Rhonda!

Took my kiddo for a haircut, she is usually full on freak out when cutting hair. But the entire team is so good to her, chatting with her, make her look at different stuff at the store when cutting the hair (to distract her). She enjoyed her haircut and I couldn’t be more happy. Janie asked her if she likes her haircut at the end, my kiddo nodded and said “yeah”

I got my haircut at this Supercuts and it was fantastic. Kaitlin was very engaging and made me comfortable right from the get go. She gave me a great haircut and I feel like a million bucks. They were out of steamed towels when I got there but she made one especially for me to make sure I had the full experience. My hair looks great and i have received several compliments. I highly recommend a haircut with Kaitlin!

Went for a simple haircut! Got the worst hair cut! Completely uneven haircut and worst at the back. No one can do a worse off job. She started with scissors after confirming that's what I prefer and was done last time, then switched to clipper in a very short time. Attached photos as proof of just the back disaster. This cannot be fixed. Total mess all around.
She did not disclose or apologize for the damage. She was in a foul mood about her father, mentioning about him half a dozen times, and probably took it off on me.
And I tipped her heavily, keeping in mind her upcoming birthday that she mentioned.

Have had a previous hair cut once before from the same person. But wasn't this bad then.

Felicia did an awesome job on my sons hair. He was very excited and they were super fast considering they had a full waiting room. The added hot towel and extra step to get the hair off their neck was a bonus. Thanks ladies.

I don't like the policy that you have to make an appointment on day of the haircut. I work 3rd shift and I sleep when the appointment becomes available and it's always booked up. I tried for 3 days now. I wanted to give them a chance but no. So I'm going to go to hair Cuttery instead and it only took like 5 minutes to book appointment for the very next day. Its a no brainer here.

The pictures don’t even show everything wrong with the haircut, but they really let me walk out with the back of my head looking like that. Never again
