7Stopped by around 5pm to schedule 3 men's cuts. The hairdresser was nice and scheduled us for 7pm the same evening. Arrived back at 645/50 and waited. Finally gave up waiting and left at 740 without any of us getting cuts done.
The stylist that was working told me when I walked in at 4: 05 they close at 5: 00 only 1 other person in the place and she said she didn’t have time not good customer service
Had my hair cut yesterday with Esme (Ezy) and she was so sweet and did a great job! She and Rachel are doing a fantastic job holding down the fort…

I confirmed online for a certain time. When I arrived I had a 20 min wait. When we started my requested services, I was very pleased with the results.
I called today and got an appointment with Rachel within the hour. She listened to my concerns about my thick hair and did a great job.
I hesitated using Supercuts but glad I did!
What is the point of online check in appointments. I tried 3 times and was told an hour wait because of walk ins
