The girls are amazing. They listen to what you want as far as hair needs and products as well.
This lady was rude as hell to my kid for not keeping her head perfectly still she is a small child I will never go back there refusing to straighten her hair when there isn’t anybody else in line. What a joke
Stopped in for lunch on Friday with an appointment. They only had one employee who was working extremely slow and the store strongly smelled of cigarettes. Left after waiting 30 min.
They changed their hours of operation. Not as convenient for people who work.
Made appointment at 1: 40 online. Got verification. Showed up early. They said they were only taking cash, witch was fine. But then they said that they couldn’t get me in till 3: 00. Why do they bother taking appointments?
