I had a hair dresser mess up my hair @super cuts-erie 2205 west 12th street erie pa. They told me after they put bleach in my hair that hey wernt going to get me to were I asked. They fried my hair and cute it wrong. I even heard the staff asking about how They messed about my hair in the back room. I took them 8 hours to mess my hair up amd then told me after complaining to come back and they fix it and wouldn't charge me to be nice that I didn't like the outcome. It wasn't I didn't like what I picked. It was I didn't gwt what I asked for. I even told the lady he bleach was burning me and hurting ND she told me it was supposed too. I said I bleachmy hair a lot no this is not right I want it out and had to ask multiple times. I had bleach on for 1.5 hours! I cried about it. Then I asked for a refund and was told no. That I should have not asked for something that was obviously a wig on someone.all I asked for was a short Bob woh framed bangs. Silver hair with half my bangs dark brown.

First time going there. Friendly staff and seen right on time. Stylist was Julia and she did a great job. Julia was popular, she had ~2 clients waiting while finishing my cut. She didn't rush through either. That was nice to see:) Although if I should have booked a longer time slot, my apologies! Will return.

The hairdresser I had which gave me the best possible experience. I have an endless abundance of positivity to summarize my experience. If you are able to work with Julia, it is highly recommended as she genuinely takes the time and care to get your haircut completed the right way. Not only was the haircut itself great but I had also decided to set up an appointment for hair coloring to go blonde. After hearing what type of look I wanted to go for and what impression I wanted to make with color, Julia was able to pick the spot on color that even surprised me. I still can't stop looking at the color of my hair because of how amazing the color is. Made going a rich golden blonde the best decision for maximizing the look of my hair and the execution was exactly what I was looking for. I genuinely can't think of any negatives.

We were greeted immediately & signed in. Little bit of wait but not as long as we were quoted. I had stylist Darlene. Very pleasant, and welcoming. Showed her what I wanted & I love the cut. I will definitely be back.

I'm currently visiting my boyfriend and his family and lately my hair has been getting more fizzy and just been hard to maintain. I been growing it since the pandemic but when my boyfriend was getting his hair cut, I decided there it was time I chop off my long dead hair and go short once more. The lady was so nice and we had a nice long chat while she worked on my hair and now it's so gorgeous and it feels so much lighter and not in the way. Thank you so much for the cut and I am loving the new hair after so many years

UH-MAZING! So I went on the search for a hair salon since I’m new to the area I had never been to one around Erie and had no clue where to even begin. After calling a few places I finally found Supercuts and they didn’t mind getting me in for a SERIOUS hair emergency that I had! Long story short I had a SEVERELY matted clump of hair in the back of my head and Julia from Supercuts worked her magic and gave me a new cut without having to completely shave my head from the knot. After a long night of crying and devastation from my hair being tangled to the extreme I was lucky to get in and out fairly quickly for what services I needed and I would highly recommend this salon! The staff is amazing and Julia really went above and beyond! Thank heavens for her! I’ll definitely be back! I love my new haircut!
