Superdry, King of Prussia PA

Love this store. Use to visit the one in downtown San Francisco and Pleasantville. They changed the style of some of their hoodies but it still looks great.

Also the employee I interacted with was friendly and willing to help. I will be back to make more purchases.

Bad experience here, bad service. Love the stuff but didnt want to get it from this location.

The worse shopping experience I had in years. Items are on discount, but I was told it was selling at full price. Many sales representatives just chatting with each other. Entered with my wife, we are just invisible to them. Had been a loyal customer to superdry, maybe everyone should just stick to superdry online instead.

Great quality clothing at a decent price. My favorite is the organic cotton tees with embroidered logos

I had an excellent experience, Asia assisted me with finding the right slides and fanny pack for my summer vacation trip.

Terrible service. Internet down for several days, so could not process any credit card or gift card purchases. It was my third time coming in to exchange Christmas gifts, So I was less than thrilled to have to deal with this. Manager didn’t have much to offer me at all. Not sure how you can run a business these days without your card reader services for almost a week. Wouldn’t be surprised to see this place closing in the near future.

My favorite store in the mall. Quality of service matches the outstanding quality of the clothes.
