Superior Car Wash, West Hazleton

Used manual wash on Wed 3/15 and used card swipe to pay for service. Used $5.00 worth of time on timer and it charged my debit card $15.00 Unable to get anyone by phone or call back from voicemail message I left. Can't find anyone there to talk with either.

Don’t ever use this car wash. I spent $11 on the automatic car wash and the car is still filthy. I tried to call the customer service number that’s listed on the door for several days and surprise, surprise, the machine is always full. Do yourself a giant favor. There is a new automatic car wash on 15th St.that does a great job. Don’t use this car wash.see the picture below

Do Not be here worse car wash ever theres is a little guy here with an attitude very rude just because im Latino never ever again this was one of my favorite car wash but no not anymore and on top of that I loose money here cause the machine are down and this guy here don’t want to help me never again hope the owners gets to see this 10 year coming to this car wash

It doesn't really clean the car. Wether it's you doing it or the automated wash. It comes out maybe 60% clean. The air freshners sometimes take your money. The attendant isn't always on.but it's decent for being 50 cent vacs

Wost car wash ever it is a complete rip off as mos of the car washes are up here. They should all be shut down for ripping people off daily. The equipment never works to wash your vehicle but they make sure that money/change/card machine is always up and running!

Didn't get the car even close to clean going through auto wash. I drive a 2020 Camry that's never that dirty. Shouldve gotten everything right off like every other place I've gone. It was also as dirty as before getting washed. Then pulling out had to dodge potholes to get out. Wont be returning. Gave two stars only because of low prices but does seem you get what you pay for.

Didn't completely rinse off the soap, had to stop at the car wash on 15th Street and manually rinse off what was left

I put my card in the powermatics too get a car wash and I entered the powermatics and it didn’t work…I tried calling the phone number no one answers but yet there is suppose too be someone here 8am- 5pm unbelievable would like a refund I still have my receipt

Very quick and easy to utilize the facility. The only issue I had was at the end and only because another customer stopped just outside the buildings exit causing an emergency stop.

Car wash is okay, used the card in the self serve and got a $15 charge when the screen said $3 so that’s an issue

Mike the attendant was helpful and equipment was easy to use and it has good features and pressure

First off, I use this car wash a LOT, until now. Pulled in today for an automatic car wash. There was a gentleman there tending to the "automatic" car wash. No big deal, I know they try to help when they can, but he was coming over to the vehicle when you were next in line and talking to people and getting their payment so he could do the transaction for you. Once again, just trying to help. But, he didn't have a mask on or even one pulled down. I pulled away and left before he could get to my car. WHY? Why can't I go to an automatic car wash without being exposed to someone who apparently still doesn't believe this is real? I have a history of upper respiratory problems and while I like a clean car, I like my health better. SHAME. Ownership needs to get this in line! (Unless he was the owner.). You can deny it all you want, I don't care. But you still have to wear a mask for me if you are in business and working near your customers.

I went through the automatic wash I was disappointed i actually left and went to another car wash. My car was still dirty.

The place jipped me with cash put 3.00 cash said 2.75 didn’t have another quarter! Also with card. (DO NOT USE CREDIT CARD HERE) Charged me 15 dollars for something said cost 4.00$ THANKS SUPERIOR FOR THE SERVICE.
