Superior Homes, Lancaster PA

I needed a nice home to put on my mothers property so I could take care of her (and not crowd her) ; and decided to get a mobile home. I didn't know how to go about it. Superior Homes was so very helpful in every way. And my salesman, Steele Broderick, even after having a newborn, still kept in contact to help me finish the project. It felt like a long haul since December, when I started deciding to do this, but everything went well! Thanks to some awesome people that work for Superior! Thank you guys!

We stopped by to see the homes they built and took us around and Jason spent time with us answering our questions and giving advice. We felt heard and did not feel pressured or rushed to make a decision!

Steele Broderick was my project manager for building my new home. He was very professional, personable and attentive in the whole process. Tiffany Riedel also assisted and was a pleasure to work with.

The guys did a phenomenal job of getting my park model ready for transport. They did everything I asked efficiently and professionally. Use this company they are great!

Couldn't be more blessed with the purchase of my new home, I sold my house the end of June 2021 and had to stay 3 different places until it was ready. With the help from Steele he was able to get it ready before the date they had originally planned, a few things on the punch list, but hey what house doesn't have a few things to be fixed you could build one from ground up and find things wrong. I know they will fix everything in a timely manner. Steele has been the best and I owe it all to him, from my 1st time walking into his office, to handing me those keys and the beautiful candle he gave me. Even though he's a Steelers fan He's been great to work with and congratulations again on your adorable new son

I reached out to Donnie to replace skirting on my mothers home. He was extremely quick, the installer was great.very polite and did exactly what needed done in a timely fashion. Everything was cleaned up when they were done. I highly recommend them!

Craig was and is Amazing Very professional Extremely Helpful in all ways. Located Rt 30 Lancaster Pa before Dutch Wonderland going East. Please I recommend him to anyone. My wife and I stayed in a brand-new Superior Home a few miles from Bethany beach last week. The home was beautiful. It was 3-bedroom, 2-bath, and the layout was incredible. It was spacious and we loved the openness of the kitchen, dining and living areas. Everything about the home was of high-quality and if we were looking to buy a new home, we would definitely choose Superior Homes. We highly recommend Superior Homes.

We just just got moved into our home this month. Couldn't be happier with it. We are so impressed by the quality of the home and the excellent job Jason Fox and his team did on helping us design, build, and have the home delivered and set. We really had a hard time finding things to put on the punch list so that should tell you something about the quality of homes by Superior Homes. Ripped off my elderly grandmother out of a model unit mobile home. Receipt was not itemized like they did other people's, She told them how much she had to spend and sold her exactly that price which was way more than what it was worth. BEWARE

Tiffany at Superior was excellent and I feel went out of her way to help. She was well informed about the homes and pricing. I could have not asked for a better sales person.

Donnie has been extremely responsive and helpful throughout the purchase and location process. He kept me informed at every step along the way.

We walked into one of the model homes and I said I love this! We had no idea how we were going to pull this off. Thanks to Donnie and Tiffany and the rest of the staff it was a great experience!

No need to look anywhere else, Craig was sincere, caring, knowledgeable, friendly and very good at following up to get you the answers you need with no waiting. Always prompt with getting back to you and he went above and beyond expectations to help get things done.

I purchased a manufactured home and would highly recommend Superior Homes to anyone, with confidence. I worked with Jason directly for our project. Even though we went through some unexpected changes (due to Covid), Jason worked very hard to adjust to the changes and kept us informed at all time. This made us very comfortable throughout the entire project and we are now in the new house and loving it.
