4I have emailed once to become a new customer and have called twice and spoke with someone about becoming a new customer. They took my information and said someone from my local office would call back. A week later and no one ever responded back to my email or has returned my phone calls. I have oil heat and propane for cooking. I was thinking of switching both. Well I went somewhere else. Very disappointed
They stopped by our house to fill the tank. Problem was the tank was already filled because it wasn't used. We thought wow 140 for gas when it's filled is pretty steep. So we watched the video cameras on the house. The guy goes down the side of the house (without a hose). Goes back up to the truck, still without a hose, a minute later. Writes a bill then sticks it on the door. Called the company and sent them videos to show that the tank was not filled. They said they would look into it and never called again with the outcome.
Customer service is horrible. Leaving after 5-6 yrs.
They all have terrible attitudes and do not help to accommodate any helpful service.

Questionable business practices, go to an honest propane company, there are plenty.
It disturbs me what I’m going through currently. My contracted propane rate ran out on 4/30/18. Superior filled my tanks on 5/3/18. My rate is $1.999/gal. They charged me $3.659/gal. I obviously called to get this corrected, however I was told, “Looks like your contract is up, best we can do now is $2.299/gal. ”
I find it very convenient that Superior filled my tanks 3 days after my contract expired. They first tried to charge me an exorbitant amount per gallon, and then lessened the charge to make it appear they were “cutting me a break. ”
I have called back 2 more times and sent multiple emails requesting to have a discussion about this. I am still awaiting a call back.
If this kind of nonsense is happening to a customer of 7 years, who knows what they’re doing to other innocent people. This is a disgrace
