Superstar Massage, North Wales PA

Very interesting visit to Superstar massage last night. Overall massage was decent most definitely. It would be fair to say half the visit she really gave her all which was fabulous and then the other half I thought maybe she was asleep because she was just lightly brushing one calf for 15 mins. But that was all ok, the interesting part came when I went to pay. Jenny asked me how much I was tipping, instead of just allowing me to put that in when I signed, weird. But worse yet when I said $10 which is 14.3% tip, she said no…. I thought she was saying it was too much but then she went on to tell me she can not do what she gave me for $10 and that her owner gets all the booking fees and she gets tips only. I was in so much shock I didn’t even know what to say. She said $15 which would be a 22% tip was the minimum she would accept. I paid it as demanded and walked out the door totally in shock. I had intended to return regularly but yeah that will never happen now. Weird is all I can say.

Dont judge a book by its cover - the outside and inside of this place could definitely use an update in terms of decor BUT this place is amazing!
I had Jenny for a deep tissue and she found my knots right away and went to town! She even did this yummy salt scrub on my back and hot stones:)

John does a fantastic massage! Best of all he is vaccinated and they wear masks. The spa is pretty and clean. This place is fabulous!

Had an amazing massage today from Jenny. It was my first time going somewhere else besides Massage Envy/Hand & Stone. But the good reviews led me here & im so glad it did. It was a cozy little spot! Jenny was a delight, she was so sweet, caring and very professional. She immediately found the spots that have always bothered me, and paid extra attention to those areas. I loved how she checked in with me to make sure the pressure wasn’t too hard. She also added hot stones in at one point, which was a great surprise! It was so relaxing I fell asleep for a little at one point haha. It was nice having her give me tips and advice once the massage was finished.

I will most definitely be coming back, and I can’t wait to send more people to her. Thanks so much for an amazing day that I really needed:) You rock Jenny!

Please take care of workers who rely on tips for their pay!

Overall the massage was NOT Good. Deep tissue was more like a quick rub down! When I went to pay I was hassled about a tip I said I’ll pay the tip in cash, allow me to go to the ATM. I had no intention on giving a tip because I was not satisfied with the massage. No one should be forced to pay a tip. I was told Jenny only gets paid by tips, we all know that’s NOT true. I was really hopeful with this place but I’ll keep searching.

I'm a massage therapist and have had a hard time finding a therapist who's style I like. Jennie is incredible. She's able to combine relaxation with therapeutic techniques. Her office is clean and the atmosphere is very soothing.

I just had a 90 minute massage and it was excellent. She even used hot stones and exfoliated my back, free of charge! It's also a great place to go because there's a delicious restaurant, bakery, and cafe all within the same block. I'll definitely be going back!

I wanted to spend my first adult paycheck on something fun. I am so glad I did this. I wasn’t sure if I would be able to handle it but I enjoyed myself so much. I did a 60 minutes deep muscle massage, she even used hot stones and I felt incredible. I’m telling my friends to go, also now my mom wants to go. Just well worth the money and it was incredible.

I decided to treat myself to a 90 minute massage with Jenny. It was amazing. The place is cozy but in a good way. She asked if the pressure was ok, she told me what she felt in my back, she gave me advice for the future. I truly enjoyed my experience; from the massage to the hot stones to the scrub she used on my back, I was able to relax and have an empty mind. I will be going back on a monthly basis. First and only time I was not the one giving the massage! Jennie was a very talented masseuse. She was also polite, knowledgeable, and a hard worker. An excellent all natural way to de-stress. The facility was private and clean. Jennie made sure everything was clean before contact. Thank you, I even learned some new techniques.

I had a very good deep tissue massage. I was able to book a 90 minute massage online for the same day. Definitely will be back again.
