I wouldn't have any problem recommending Supreme Heating & Cooling to anyone. They are professional, efficient, friendly and they come on time to start your job. They do an excellent job and I would use them again for all services.
They installed a furnace for us on November 27,2023. This document wouldn't allow me to choose services. I still give the same recommendation as I did for my AC installation. They are on time, efficient, professional and honest which is very important to us. We are very pleased with their work.

We had a drumming noise with a recently installed furnace. We called Derrick with our problem and he responded within an hour and cured the problem. It turned out to simply be a dirty filter and with the more powerful blower it caused a drumming sound. Great service! It is a few months later and the drumming came back with a vengence. Supreme sent a tech immediately. It turns out the American Standard furnace is poorly made with a plastic blower housing and flexes when activated and makes the noise. He reinforced the housing which greatly reduced the noise. I am very pleased with Supreme, but not pleased with the furnace, which I asked for. American Standard USED TO BE a very high quality product.

Supreme Heating & Cooling were very professional and installed a state-of-the-art High Efficiency furnace all in one day. They removed the old furnace and hooked everything up installed a new thermostat they even installed an outlet next to the furnace which is coming in handy already I used it already. If you want a professional job with the newest technologies, I recommend hiring Supreme Heating & Cooling for your next heating and Cooling needs.

Came the very next day. It was very detailed. I’m very funny about who I lighten my home and do business with, and I was just very grateful. I will be using them again in the future.

We just purchased a home and I called Supreme Heating and Cooling because our HVAC system was 21 years old and when we had it inspected, the heat exchanger had a few cracks. We just had the AC capacitor replaced but the AC wasn't running as cold as it should and took a while to cool the house.

I took the time to get six different companies to give us estimates because I wanted a very honest and thorough explanation of what we should get. Derrick with Supreme Heating and Cooling was patient answering all of my questions and gave us a great deal. My partner's Dad owns his own HVAC company in AZ and even confirmed that American Standard and the price we received was a very fair price. Derrick was able to send me a link to a home improvement company to finance it and our home warranty covered part of it.

Derrick's team was very communicative, showed up on time and was extremely respectful of our place. They are really meticulous and explained the entire system. Craft Heating installed the furnace 21 years ago and made 90 degree angles in the exhaust and intake so the original PVC pipes leaked and were not efficient. All 6 companies said the same thing. Derrick and his team (Jay, Tim and Matt) replaced all of the old the PVC pipes, put conduit on the outside connection with the AC condenser (only had exposed Romex before) and fixed the issue with the intake and exhaust to be different heights as Craft didn't do this. They even replaced the pump and the tubing because the other one had mold in it.

We are very impressed! This team was the absolute best and the prices are good. If you need a new HVAC system in the Pittsburgh/Shenango Valley area, call Derrick and his team.

Good, friendly people that do excellent work. We have used Supreme several times from everything to routine maintenance to a furnace replacement. They even offer tips for maintenance and walked me through how to deal with an AC system that froze up during the summer.

Derrick was on time; he and his assistant were very knowledgeable about proper removal and installation of my heating and cooling system. He pointed out the hidden danger of a cracked heat exchanger that I was unaware that I had. They finished the job in a timely manner; work area was throughly cleaned; the old heating unit was removed from premises along with other debris. Updates were made to the intake and exhaust of the heating system. Very satisfied. American Standard heating system " top of the line"
