I wanted to place an order but wasn't sure about the colors so I ordered swatches of the fabric. By the time I received the swatches, the price for my items had gone up about $100. I called customer service, explained the situation, emailed them the screenshot that I had with the lower price, had them confirm the swatches shipment, and was told that they wouldn't be able to honor the price even though the whole process from start to finish was less than a week. Meaning the day I requested the swatches to the day I called to place the order were less than 7 days apart. Customer service confirmed and verified all my information yet made no attempt to at least offer an alternative solution.
